Our family left Nagoya and travelled up north to Ogaki, Gujo hachiman, and then Gero. We had arranged a one night stay at Hotel Juego,an easy to spot 14-story building at the outskirts of the town. …

This hotel would have been really nice if I hadn't been told to leave. I wanted to stay a few days and was told definately no. I really doubt the hotel was fully booked and no explanation was given. …

Although the hotel was visible from the road, the entrance was a little difficult to find. (There is a signboard, but it's hard to understand)At this hotel, the welcome drink corner is open from 6:00 AM to 22:00 PM.It can be used up to.You can also enjoy hot oden for free from 15:00 PM to 17:00 PM.You can also get Takayama Ramen (small) from 21:00 to 22:00, which is a very nice service. There is a large public bath, a panoramic bath, and a private family bath (free of charge, reservations required), so although it is not large, you can relax as long as it is not crowded. It was convenient because you could choose between a yukata or a samue for loungewear. It seems that many people canceled because the typhoon was approaching, and perhaps because there were fewer guests, there were fewer items for both dinner and breakfast.I feel like there wasn't much meat or sashimi. The local dishes were delicious. It wasn't crowded so I was able to have a relaxing time. However, I was disappointed that the noise of the air conditioner in the room bothered me.

Gero Onsen has a high temperature source, but the source temperature of the hot water here is low. I wonder if it's different from Gero Onsen because the location is far away.I was a little confused as the sign in the parking lot still had the name of the previous hotel. From the time of check-in, there was a welcome drink corner in the lobby where you could enjoy beer, soft drinks, and oden. I'm very grateful for this.Takayama ramen, a late-night snack, comes with noodles and toppings in a bowl, and you pour the soup yourself. You can get a second helping, but I feel like it's a lot worse than the Yonaki Ramen from a certain business hotel chain. You can reserve the karaoke box and private bath at check-in. The private bath was a jacuzzi bath. The elevator made a rattling noise which made me feel a little uneasy. There were a lot of bus tour groups and foreigners, but overall I thought the hotel was cheap, casual and easy to use.

It takes about 40 minutes to walk from the hotel to the city center, so I don't think the location is very good.Happy hour and free ramenThere are free private baths and free karaoke.I think the service was good.At happy hour, you can enjoy beer, highball, Fanta, etc. with oden. You can eat Takayama Ramen for free. It was self-service and very crowded. The private bath felt more like a Jacuzzi. It was available for about 30 minutes. The karaoke felt like old-fashioned karaoke. The screen is small and looks like an old party DAM. It was available for about 1 hour. There were also other rental items and free rental bicycles (electric).Dinner was also good, as it was a buffet with all-you-can-eat crab and all-you-can-drink.The freshness of the food was not very good and I ended up feeling a little hungry. Ambulances came twice during the night, so it may be possible that there was mass food poisoning. The room was a little dirty, and the wallpaper and floor were peeling off, showing signs of deterioration over time.I would say that the staff's response was average. There were a lot of people from overseas. The customer base was mostly students and people in their 20s.The large public bath has a basement floor and an observation bathroom, and only the observation bathroom has a gender rotation system, with women in the afternoon and men in the morning. The public bath on the first basement floor was spacious and it was great to be able to enjoy the hot springs of Gero. The observation bath is not part of Gero's hot springs, so we recommend going underground to enjoy the hot springs. The view was very nice overlooking Gero. Please note that the elevators are often slow to arrive. It might also be a good idea to be careful about food poisoning.Overall, I don't think the comfort is that bad because they are doing their best in terms of service. If you come as a group of students, I think you'll definitely enjoy it. I look forward to future improvements.

The restaurant staff are all foreigners, but I think they have good customer service. It was a pity that the food was not homemade. It was a buffet, but all of the items were ready-made, like those sold at commercial supermarkets. At least the homemade tamagoyaki was good...The cost performance is very low, so it may be good for those who value cost performance.
