Even though there was a vacant room, I was placed in room 201, which was farthest from the elevator, and there was no Wi-Fi connection at all, and the phone signal was so poor that it ended up disconnecting, so I spent a relatively long time in the lobby where Wi-Fi was connected. I decided to spend some time there.I thought it was harassment from the hotel. Also, as is the case with all Yukai resorts, the smoking area will be outdoors. Also, when I used the smoking area, there were no lights on, so it was dark and I ended up putting my feet in the gutter and getting my shoes and socks wet, which was terrible.I complained at checkout, but nothing was done, so of course I won't use it again.

We had steamed snail meat for dinner. There were quite a variety of dishes. The view outside the room was beautiful. It was a bit of a historical hotel and had a large bath. It was a good experience.

Stayed on a Saturday in early October. When we arrived around 5pm, the nearby parking lot was already full and we were directed to Parking Lot 5. Passengers get off first with their luggage and go through the check-in process, then the driver drives his car to the parking lot under the guidance of a staff member, stops there, and then returns to the hotel in the staff's car.Parking lot 5 was quite far away and looked like a gravel parking lot for employees.Check-in is done in the main building lobby, but there were only three reception desks at the front desk and it was late, so it was empty, but there were still two groups waiting, so I thought it would be a long line during peak hours.Since it is a hot spring, there is a separate bathing tax of 150 yen/person. You can also use credit cards and electronic money. The key is an old-fashioned physical key with a large rectangular key chain attached. I got two because there were two of us.This time I stayed in a room on the 4th floor of the west building, close to the lobby by going down the stairs. It was a convenient location close to dining venues, hot springs, and karaoke. It was really nice because the inside of the building is quite complex and there are not many elevators.I reserved a twin bed + Japanese style room with a view, but when I entered there were 4 beds! The Japanese-style room was a corner room with 8 tatami mats. For some reason, it was a room for up to 8 people even though we were only 2 people. The view of Ena Gorge was good, and although the room was old, it had been renovated and was clean. However, it was difficult to understand the Japanese-style room lighting and air conditioner switches. There are almost no amenities, only towels. This is a system where you bring your toothbrush and yukata from the lobby. It was nice that there was one face towel and two bath towels in the room. There is a power outlet on each bed.It was a bit inconvenient that there was no full-length mirror.*I could see a glimpse of the men's open-air bath from the window 💦There is no water or other service, only packaged tea.The vending machine had a reasonable price considering the accommodation. We used karaoke before going to the hot springs and eating. If the room is empty, you can use it for free for 90 minutes. All models were JOYSOUND.After the karaoke, I was planning to go to the hot springs, but the announcement came over the public address system that the open-air baths would not be available, so I decided to kill time by relaxing at the souvenir shop or in my room. In the end, I was disappointed because the next day I couldn't use the open-air bath and only had an indoor bath. The reason is unknown, but based on recent reviews, it seems like the boiler is not working properly.Meals were buffet style and each seat had a solid fuel stove for steaming rice. The food was average for a premium price. Is it a little better than Itoen Hotels? It's about the same grade. For breakfast, the stove was used as a plate for grilling dried fish.Check-out time is 12:00, so you can take your time. The procedure was an automatic payment machine, but I don't think it makes much sense since you have to go through the reception to return the key. Also, there is only one car, so it can get very crowded during peak hours. On the way back, the staff drove us to a temporary parking lot. This was my first time staying at Yukai Resort, and my overall impression was that it was good to bad. Since it was a weekday, the price was cheap at around 12,000 yen per person per night, but if it's a weekend or holiday, the price will be quite high, so you might not be as satisfied. The view, free karaoke, and table tennis were great.

Compared to other affiliated hotels, the interior and rooms are spacious and I personally think it is a good hotel. However, when I went there, the open-air bath was out of order so I couldn't use it.

We went on a family trip in September, when it was still very hot.The guest room was large, with enough space for the number of people, and there was a good view from the window, which was nice. The only negative point is that it is a large hotel with a history and the distance to the bathroom is far and can only be accessed by using an elevator. As for the meals, they had a buffet style for both breakfast and dinner, and I thought it was great that you could eat a variety of different foods, but the quality of each item was so low that some of them were terrible. What particularly stood out were the pudding and soft serve ice cream. These two were unique, completely lacking in flavor, and unlike anything I had ever eaten before, they were just sweet. There were other things, but since there is no end to it, I'll leave it at this.I didn't give it a big negative point because there are probably people who won't eat it because of the genre, and there are things that you won't notice unless you try it.This time, when I used it for the first time, I thought it was like staying in a hotel and relaxing. However, I feel like it would be a waste to just sleep there.I gave it a high rating because it was quite reasonably priced.Honestly, at this price, I think it's amazing considering the whole thing.

A dog-friendly room called One Plus. Not cleaned and filthy. It was unpleasant. When you roll yourself, you'll find dog hair and human hair! terrible
