Comfortable room, all the necessary materials and equipment. The common living room is really great. I haven't necessarily had the opportunity to use it but the space is really welcoming and you feel very good there!Quiet neighborhood.Pleasant stay.

First of all, if you imagine a normal hotel, you will be confused. This hotel is open to foreigners as well. I am using a one-room apartment as a hotel. There is no face-to-face customer service, and people check in using smartphones and tablets, which can be confusing if you're not used to it. The TV is small, the refrigerator is large, and the bed is fairly clean. There are no nightgowns. Amenities are okay. Whether the price is fair or not depends on the person. Cheap business might be better.

It's noisy because the guests are talking loudly in front of the door!Think of it as a nuisance to the neighborhood! The manager comes to check on me and give me warnings.

It feels like a small room for someone living alone. It's not even near the station, and there's no parking nearby. It was a mediocre hotel.

It's built like an apartment, so when you open the door from the outside, you're directly in the room, so the sounds of people talking, footsteps, and doors can be heard in the hallway outside, in the next room, and in the rooms above and below.Even when I tried to complain, there was no one at the front desk and they couldn't help me.Even though I needed a passcode to enter the hotel, I didn't receive an email from the hotel and had to inquire about it, so it took over 30 minutes to check in.Even if I tried to sleep during the day for consecutive nights, there was no curtain so I couldn't sleep in the bright light.Extremely narrow unit bathEven though we stayed for 4 nights, we only had 2 bath towels. One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed atWhat should I do about this frustration and stress?I don't think it's suitable for a hotel due to its structure.

It's like a studio apartment converted into a hotel. The front desk is unmanned. As long as I had read the instructions beforehand, there were no particular obstacles and the process went smoothly.Amenities were pretty good. There is a microwave in the room, and the refrigerator is large for a hotel.I didn't notice any noise like other reviews said. The following points are of concern・No elevator・No washlet・No disposable slippersEven if you accept the above points,Room 404 couldn't be locked from the outside no matter how hard I tried. This is a big negative point. Therefore, I had no choice but to carry almost all my belongings with me when I went out. Also, when I peeled off the bed sheets to check for bed bugs, which are currently prevalent, I noticed a lot of hair had fallen out. There were no bed bugs though. It can't be helped since the price is a little cheaper than a business hotel.I think it would be better to spend a little more and stay at a regular hotel...

I use it independently on an irregular basis.[About impressions and precautions when using]Is the auto-lock entrance outdated? This may be due to the fact that if you don't make sure that it is closed, it will be left open (the buzzer keeps ringing), and this is a story about when I used the top floor (5F) before, but I had to enter the PIN to open the door. Open → When entering the room and closing it, the door knob had to be pulled hard to close it (as of January 2023), so when a woman stays alone, the door is especially unattended. I hope you will pay attention to this. Also, since it is located in a quiet area a little away from the road on the side, security and noise issues are up to the neighbors, but I think you'll be fine as long as you're careful walking alone at night.(In the past, some of our neighbors had unscrupulous guests with children, a pair of men and women who made noise at night without lowering their volume.)In addition, I have used a coin laundry located about 1 minute from the hotel in the past, and my bath towels were stolen when I went to pick them up around 9 pm.I contacted the hotel management on LINE. We have consulted and responded to you. Please note that the hotel does not have a manager, so in case of an emergency, we will contact you after asking for your contact information on LINE, so please be aware that we are not in an environment where we can immediately respond to emergencies such as illness or police contact. .Other than that, unless your neighbors are immoral, you can basically stop quietly and spend your time with only the bare minimum of luggage.
