We are non-smokers and we had a room which had a very strong smell of tobacco, it was the site on which we booked the room which did not specify the hotel. No compensation from the hotel. And I received a €30 voucher on the site for my next reservation. (I will never go through them again).Spacious room with private onsen. The water is not changed between each occupant but filtered. As a photo I am giving you that of the 3rd occupant of the room, a huge cockroach. The hotel is old, which can be seen in the general furniture which is worn. There are also more than doubtful traces of “happiness” on the duvet of our beds. The onsen heats non-stop and there is a terrible sound of water draining every 15 minutes.Apart from that it is less than 10 minutes from the pontoon.Enjoy your stay 😆

The staff was unfriendly and the room was dusty and smelled musty. No repeats.

The location is good, it is close to the port and the temple, less than 10 minutes walk from both. The hotel leaves a lot to be desired and I expected much more from it, by far it is the most expensive hotel I have paid in Japan and it is by far the worst in terms of services. The public onsen is ok but only 1 hot water pool and mini sauna, the onsen with views in the photos is closed and there is 1 that is shared with hours between men and women, apart from that it is green with algae and impossible to use. The staff does not speak English and it is very difficult for them to explain things at check-in although that is common throughout Japan. It should be noted that dinner and breakfast are worthless, both have low quality food and some things are finished and not replenished, they make 2 shifts for each thing. At breakfast it was so full that you couldn't eat anything without bumping into someone. Throughout the hotel you must wear the shoes they give you and leave yours in an unlocked locker at the entrance. Note that the shoes they provide are one size fits all and very uncomfortable.

The reviews were so bad that I thought about it hundreds of times before going, but what? It was awesome. The quality of dinner and breakfast was very good and the room was in good condition. The large public bath was so-so, but the staff were friendly!

There were mixed reviews online, but I enjoyed it to a certain extent. The bath in the room was interesting as it was like a Jacuzzi. The open-air bath was also nice because there weren't many people. Overall, the drainage is weak and it doesn't drain easily in the bath or room, but if you don't mind, it's not a problem. I had some time until check-in, so I asked them to store my luggage, but I was worried that they would leave it on a bench in the lobby with a tag, but I was worried, but they said it was okay because they had cameras. There is a room next to the front desk, so I wish they would have let us in (^_^;) It's a place that anyone can touch, so I'm curious (^_^;)The dinner buffet was very delicious. The smoke from grilled food is a concern. You can't go by car (^_^;) You can only walk from the port, so let's do our best. There is a convenience store near the port. There were also deer.

If I had to force it, the only good thing was the location.Others are the worst.Service is poor.Messy hair. Reception is also sloppy. If you don't call, it won't be there.I booked for 2 nights, but they insisted on staying 1 night, so it took me a while to find out.The restaurant looks and tastes all bad.Even the tomatoes for breakfast were wrinkly and tasteless. The seafood at night was also crispy. The curry is smooth. Have you tried this? I'm surprised you don't think it's bad.Even though the floor wasn't ventilated and was full of smoke, I was suspicious because there was a baby cot on it.Also, there was no one at the entrance on the first day, but suddenly there was one on the second day, and I was asked what room number it was. I was asked if it was Part 1 or Part 2. If you are going to do it, please unify it.The public bath smells musty. The shower was also pitch black. Even the basket in the changing room was dirty. Please buy it because it is sold at 100 yen stores like baskets. The tatami floor in the room was floating and the screen door was dirty. The bathroom was also dirty. There was also a document containing the personal information of the previous night's guest.Everything about the hotel was terrible, including the service.

Stayed in a room with an open-air bath.I was generally satisfied with the room, food, staff, and price. There are a lot of complaints, but I recommend that those people spend more money and stay at a high-end inn.
