I was a little concerned about the smell in the bathroom, but due to the coronavirus pandemic, they went out of their way to prepare breakfast and dinner separately for me, even though they don't normally accommodate one person. Thank you for your kindness.

A few years ago, there was a big earthquake in the Chugoku region the day before I stayed there, and since it was an old inn, I got scared and called to cancel, but a woman's voice said, ``This is not the epicenter of the earthquake,'' and ``Cancellation fee.'' I'll take it," and when I protested, he cut me off and said, "Yes, I understand!"I have had to cancel in the past due to large earthquakes, but this was the first time I had to deal with such a terrible response. Are you going to come and stay the night even if it means risking your life? If they were willing to accommodate me, I would stay there again. I was looking forward to staying here.Everyone has given us good reviews, but the customer service is still at this level. I don't know what you're saying behind the scenes.

It is a fine three-story wooden building. However, due to fire regulations, the third floor is used as a banquet hall, and there is no elevator, so some people have decided against making reservations for parties at the last minute. The atrium as soon as you enter is magnificent, and there is also a telephone room that was used in the movie. You probably can't get floorboards like this anymore. It seems that there was also a Western-style room in the past. It's old so don't expect much from the facilities, but there are plenty of washlets. The baths are separated by gender and are about twice as large as those used at home, so it might have been difficult if it was crowded.Due to some circumstances, I was only able to make a reservation that included breakfast because I had to make a last-minute reservation, but it was delicious!

First visit to Nishiyama Main Building in Onomichi. The building, which is a registered tangible cultural property, seems to date from the Taisho era.

I usually stay at the annex, but this time I thought it was my first time to stay. It was a building from the same era as our house, so it was nostalgic. It was a night that conveyed the heart of the wife.
