What to evaluate and how to evaluate it is a personal yardstick, so I don't know if it will be helpful.I have stayed at Toyoko Inn several times at hotels outside of the prefecture. Is it new among them? The inside of the building is clean. Also, the location is good as it is right next to Fukuyama Station. Parking is available nearby. Is it 500 yen per night if you don't take it in or take it out?Inside the hotel, there is only one elevator for each number of guest rooms. It's full with about 7 adults. So I'll wait. For security reasons, you cannot board unless you hold up your room key when boarding from the first floor. Also, there are two room keys for twin rooms. This time the room was a twin. It was a normal size, but the TV was placed in front of me so I couldn't watch it while lying on the bed. It's inconvenient because I have to look sideways. Amenities and nightwear are placed opposite the front desk, so you can bring what you need to your room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the bathroom. As for the shower, I wonder if it was cold or hot or if the color had faded? It was difficult to see, and there was no dial to guide you, and it took a long time for the hot water to come out, so when I turned it up to the maximum, the hot water came out and I panicked. There were no outlets near the bed near the window, so I borrowed an extension cord from the front desk.My impression is that it is not very easy to use. Also, the hotel was having trouble with some troublesome guests today.Apparently he was drunk, so the elevator to the first floor didn't come easily, so I saw a timely video of the inside of the elevator above the elevator door, and when I watched it, it stopped at a certain floor. When the door was about to close, it would open and no one would get in, so it would close again and then open again several times. It seems that someone was pushing the button on the outside as a prank.I was fairly satisfied with the location, but I didn't think there were many restaurants nearby.

First time visiting. At the very end of Fukuyama Station downtown areaAt night, you can hear the sound of the Shinkansen passing by.Because it's small, the elevator gets crowded quickly and is slow.

There is only one elevator, so there will be a waiting time.

It's a seven or eight minute walk from the south exit of Fukuyama Station. It's not particularly close or far, and it's also near Fukuyama Castle. The room is quite clean, just like an average Toyoko Inn. The bed is quite comfortable, the size is not small, and the soundproofing is also good. But there is a standing lamp. I am afraid that he will fall down during the earthquake🤣The washing machine (200 for one wash and 100 for 10 minutes of drying) is very old and dirty. The filter looks disgusting, and many people have to queue up to wash it at night. The most frustrating thing is that there is only one elevator, and you often have to wait for a long time in the morning. Moreover, the corridor waiting for the elevator has no air conditioning and is very, very stuffy! Then the breakfast restaurant is very small and the whole place is full!In addition, some service staff do not speak English well. It's best if you can speak Japanese (or be good at gesticulating) before coming back.
