I stayed here for 3 consecutive holidays.The customer service was good, but I thought it was too expensive at nearly 80,000 yen for two people, including meals and room.The amount of food is small, is that all? (It's like buying sashimi at the supermarket.)I think the room has been renovated, but it felt old and we had to provide our own futons. Even though the parking lot is a little far from the inn, there is no valet service. When I got home, there were a lot of pine needles falling on my car, which was very disappointing. I'm satisfied with the price if it's about half the price, but I don't really understand why it has such good reviews.

The detailed response and consideration of the staffI felt that I was well educated.The food was very delicious both in the morning and in the evening, and I was more than full.Finished meal. The milk and egg-cooked rice in the morning was the best.Each guest room has an open-air bath with natural hot spring water.It was a comfortable and relaxing time.There were several hotels built far away across the street, so I wondered if I could see them from the other side when taking a bath in the morning or during the day. There were some things I was concerned about, but overall I'm satisfied.

The parking lot is far away... It's about 100m from the building entrance, but it's along the road and the sidewalk is on the opposite side of the road. Sometimes the cars that pass by are going so fast it's scary.

Since I stayed on a Sunday, I was able to stay cheaply.I originally had a room on the 3rd floor, but when a space became available on the 4th floor, I stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the 4th floor.The room was old, but clean.What was disappointing was the toilet. It seems like the plumbing hasn't been renovated, but the toilet was old and had a smell.The meals were prepared in a way that women would enjoy, and each meal was small in size.Parking was far away and inconvenient. However, there were two cars parked in front of the entrance. Is it first come first served around here? I would like an explanation as to whether there are any special circumstances.The open-air bath in the room seems to be hidden from view from the outside with a mirror, but it was close to the road so I was worried about the line of sight.Young people were working hard to serve customers. I was impressed by the courteous reception at the reception desk, where I was seated on a sofa.The price was 35,000 yen for two people, including meals and an outdoor bath, so I think it's a good value for money.

I used it in early June.It was a room with an open-air bath on the top floor, and a one-night, half-board plan.The guricha brûlée I received as a welcome sweets was very delicious.We could see the entire Suruga Bay from our room, and the view was great even while taking a bath.The hot springs flowing directly from the source were very pleasant and I took a bath many times during my stay ♨️There is also a terrace, and it was great to be able to sit on a bench and relax while enjoying a drink and looking at the scenery while bathing or after bathing!The food was very delicious both in the morning and in the evening, especially the sea bream guri tea shabu-shabu was so delicious that I wanted a second helping lol.It was also safe that there was a pharmacy and a convenience store nearby.The staff were all very attentive to every detail, and I was impressed by their spirit of hospitality.We would like to thank you for your kind consideration when we contacted you in advance about ordering the cake.It was such a wonderful inn that I wanted to stay not just for one night, but for many nights. I want to come again!thank you very much!

The room was spacious and I was able to relax and soak in the hot water in the large open-air bath.The open-air bath had a great view and the hot water was at a high temperature.The meals were delicious with seasonal vegetables and local fish.The young staff were polite in their explanations and guidance throughout, but when purchasing souvenirs, the older male staff gave priority to customers checking out later and had to wait, and the packing of the bags was sloppy.There was only one set of small shampoo and conditioner amenities, so I think it would have been nice to have enough for the number of people.On the way back, there was a ferry terminal right in front of us, so we were able to enjoy a boat trip to Shimizu Port.I would like to use it again.

[Flat rate for high-end rooms on DAY] We stayed at Botan, a luxurious Japanese-Western room on the top floor that included restaurant meals/half board.The room was spacious and had a great atmosphere. In particular, the open-air bath with natural hot spring water was very pleasant, and since it came with a room, I was able to take a lot of baths without worrying about it, and my skin became smooth 😊I just wanted to go in more lolHowever, the floor quality in areas that weren't tatami was really tingling.The rice was delicious with vegetables and fish, and I was full.At first, I was confused because the service was fast and there was still a little left on the plate so I wanted to eat slowly, but I was told to "take it down", but after that a male staff member was polite and attentive throughout, making me feel comfortable.It was a weekday, so there were fewer people, and the price was lower, making it an overall satisfying stay.

This was a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and they had a nice welcome drink and crème brûlée. Unfortunately on that day the restaurants were closed so I can’t comment on any of them. Another downside is that parking is not on site, it’s a 3 minute walk away. Not bad but inconvenient. It’s a great location though, it’s close to Toi port and Toi gold mine. The room was comfortable but the TV was small. The room said bed but it was actually more futon like. I loved the hot spring tub on the balcony also. Also be aware that there aren’t many things open late at night in this area.

We had booked 3 nights in the hotel. The room was in the old style: low furniture, futon beds, sturdy sliding doors, modeled on the paper style. Hot tub on the balcony and views of the beach and sea.We really liked being close to a geopark.It was just a shame that the hotel restaurant was completely booked - with the exception of breakfast.Two restaurants within walking distance that we wanted to try either closed around 8:30 p.m. or lacked an English menu. There was no motivation to explore other locations. There are several supermarkets, one of which is even open until 11 p.m. So we looked after ourselves during our stay.

This hotel is located in Toi, on a corner along the main road, slightly uphill. As soon as I pulled into the entrance, a staff member came and put my luggage on a trolley and carried it to my room, but since the parking lot was a little far away in front of a 7-Eleven and was unpaved, and it was raining that day, I had to park in the parking lot. I returned to the lobby from the parking lot in the light rain thinking that it would have been nice if the person who explained the location had asked me to wait and lent me an umbrella. At check-in, I sat in the lobby lounge and drank welcome drinks of Japanese tea and matcha brûlée while the foreign staff explained things to me in detail and I was able to speak Japanese well, so it was good. The room was a modern Japanese room with a semi-open-air bath, a low bed on tatami mats, and a view of the ocean from the window, which was nice and clean. The semi-open-air bath was fed by natural hot spring water. For this price and this level, there are no complaints other than parking. I will be using this again.

Although the hotel is old, it has undergone various renovations and is a place where you can spend a relaxing time.The amount of food is just right for elderly people, and the golden sea bream guricha shabu-shabu is especially delicious.The large open-air bath in the room is the best.The employees are very friendly and this is a hotel that you will want to visit again and again.

First come, first served! [Flat rate for high-end rooms on DAY] We stayed for the first time in the "Luxurious Japanese-style room, 2-room A type" (Japanese-style room) plan, which included restaurant meals/half board and an open-air bath with a spectacular view overlooking Suruga Bay.The large Japanese-style room with two rooms, the large open-air bath attached to the room, and the ocean view weren't the best because of the cloudy weather, but it was good.Dinner had a wide variety of items, and the golden sea bream green tea shabu-shabu and black curry with minced meat were especially delicious.There were enough side dishes for breakfast, and I also recommend the egg-cooked rice, which was delicious.There are some reviews that say there is dust in the room and the facilities are outdated, but it wasn't a big deal.It may have been a coincidence, but I was concerned that the shower in the room was too weak.I would be happy if this would be improved since the shampoo does not run off. I survived with hot water.By the way, as others have written, the parking lot is a little far away, so I think it would be easier to park there and walk.The entrance to the hotel is on a curve, so it may be difficult to time your vehicle in and out.This is a hotel that I would definitely like to visit again.Thank you to all the staff!

I used it on a day of bad weather on January 20th.Relax as a family of three in a Japanese-style room with an open-air bath.It was a very windy day, but the open-air bath in the room was blocked from the wind and was large enough for a family of three, so we were very satisfied.As for the food, it wasn't too much and it was very delicious.The guricha shabu-shabu is especially delicious! I was surprised that the bitterness of the tea and the soup stock matched so well.The children's meals were also quite sumptuous, but there was so much left over. . I'm sorry!For breakfast, there was a wide variety of rice to go with it, so I never got tired of it, and I couldn't stop asking for a second helping of rice!All the staff were very friendly and had good customer service, and even the foreign staff were smiling and had a good impression.The weather was bad this time, so I couldn't enjoy the scenery very much.Still, it was a trip that made me feel glad I came.Next time I want to enjoy it during the summer sea season!

The system has changed since I stayed three years ago.Presentation of room information etc. at check-inThe event will be held in the lounge on the first floor, and you will receive the key and go to your room.The futon had arrived and the futon had been set up so that all I had to do was mention it myself.As before, a waitress came to my room to guide me and to help me with dinner.The staff didn't have to enter the room to lay out the futon, so it was very comfortable.I think it's a very good system, and if you ask, it will be the same as before.It looks like you can do it, and that's great.I plan on staying here every time I come to Nishiizu.The staff's customer service was impeccable and the food was excellent, thank you very much.P.S.: If you notice anything about the cleaning of your room, etc., I think it would be a good idea to let us know directly when you check out.Thank you for the relaxing time we had as a couple after a long time.
