Great location, easily reachable by tram from the station. Or around a twenty minute walk. Check in efforless and staff were friendly, luckily we managed to time our needs with staff being present and they were quickly resolved. The common area is excellent. Really appreciated the space and the seating on tatami mats. The accomodation and the area is very quiet, although its a short walk to the bars, restaurants and shops. There's an excellent oyster and wine restaurant underneath the accomodation which is highly recommended.The mattress was a little soft for my taste, and the room is a little tight. The bedroom door locks automatically so leaving the one keycard inside can be a headache.

I forgot my expensive sunglasses at the lobby and contacted the management if they found it. They said that they didn’t found any sunglasses then I asked them to check security cameras. They said that they would check it but they never get back to me. I messaged them couple of times but they don’t reply my messages anymore. Just be careful, don’t forget any expensive belongings at this hostel!

I was aware that there was no elevator, but the stairs were narrow and not wide, so I got tired of carrying my carry-on case to my room.It was difficult to unload the carry case on the way home.The front desk is unmanned and has an automatic lock, so it would be difficult to deal with it if you left your key in your room.I'm worried because I can't leave my key with me when I go out.I regret choosing it because of the low price.It may be recommended for people who are confident in their physical strength or who don't mind having to deal with unexpected troubles as long as it's cheap.

This hostel is quite a long walk from Hiroshima Station. Front desk only available for a few hours during day time, they will send you instructions on how to auto check in using a tablet outside the door which will provide password to a locker which has your room key.My room was quite dusty, that was a strand of short curly hair inside the fridge (you can only guess what body hair it was), room was not clean daily. The rate of the room was so cheap so I guess only minimum cleaning was provided.If you want a cheap room with private bathroom, this is probably for you, else not recommended due to distance and cleanliness issue.

I stayed for several nights because the bed was spacious and it was close to the station.There was a rain leak in the morning after my first night there, so I contacted them on LINE and they provided first aid on the same day.I'm not sure about the quality, but the rain leaks are something you won't notice unless it rains, so I guess it can't be helped, but it was an unmanned hotel, but the backup was great.
