First time staying here as it's close to work.First of all, it's clean, and it's spacious enough for one person.In fact, it's larger than a typical business hotel single, and the bed is also a semi-double.There was a microwave in the room, and I was able to get a frozen bento at the front desk.Not bad

I used it for a long stay.When I checked in, I was given a key and asked to take it with me until checkout.Although it was an eco plan, the towels were not changed and the garbage was not collected for several days. Apparently the key to unlock the door using the PIN number on the numeric keypad was broken and the staff couldn't get in.When I went to the front desk to ask, they told me to return the key every morning. Different people say different things. If I can't get into the room, could you please let me know? Don't you have a master key?The staff members were not made aware that the lock system was broken, so there was one day when I returned from the hotel and the door was unlocked, allowing anyone to enter.Come to think of it, one day when I returned to the hotel, it was working normally, probably because I had replaced the lock. Could you please let me know something? There were no employees there at night, and just like before, if I left the room for a short time to do laundry or the like without my key, I would be locked out.Also, on the day you check out on your reservation and check back in again, they do a full cleaning. We spend the night in the same room, but it's frustrating that the bed sheets aren't changed even on days when it's over 10,000 yen a night. I don't know if it's R9 THE YARD's method or the judgment of Konan staff, but it's just too bad overall.

This is a new type of business hotel.It was very comfortable, and unlike building-type hotels, there was no noise from neighbors on either side, and I was able to enter the room directly from the parking lot.

We stayed one night to watch the fireworks festival in Konan.It was my first time using a container hotel, and it was very comfortable.Isn't it hot inside the container? I was worried, but the air conditioning was working well.The bathroom was also quite spacious and I only used the shower, but it looks like you could also take a soak in the bathtub by filling it with hot water.The refrigerator also had a freezer, so I was able to buy ice from the convenience store next door and drink cold drinks.I would definitely like to try other hotels as well.

It was expensive for Obon, but it seems cheaper on weekdays. Convenient parking available in front of the room. It seems inconvenient because people who smoke are outside. It's my first time having a frozen lunch box in the morning and I'm not used to it, so I'm a little nervous.

I forgot my smartphone charger, but they kindly sent it by courier the next day, which was very helpful. I felt that the service was attentive, so I would like to use them again.
