○Thank you for staying with me for two nights and three days.○Please let us know your preference for dinner at check-in so that the two days will not be the same. Western and Japanese breakfast was provided for two nights. However, when I brought bread, yogurt, orange juice, and coffee to my table for breakfast on the third day, I was told, ``This morning, we're preparing a Japanese-style set menu.'' WOW((☉。☉ )!I wish I had been informed at check-in.○The hotel had a great view from both the room and the terrace.○The shared free space was spacious and relaxing.○Photo taken from the terrace early in the morning

This time, we used it to celebrate our 3rd wedding anniversary. Both the appearance and the location give an extraordinary feeling.I can enjoy it, and my wife and child are also happy.thank you very much.I was a little concerned about the children's menu.At the time of reservation, please let us know if you have any allergies, etc.I felt that the fact that I was not asked about this in advance may have been a little unsatisfactory.Fortunately, I didn't have any allergies, but I wasn't asked about it on the day.Prepare by having a hearing in advance, etc.I think it can be done smoothly.Same menu as adults for breakfastI was a little surprised because there wasThis is an area that I think could be improved.

After some business in Kyoto, I stayed overnight for the first time, hoping to see the view from Mt. Hiei, as I love mountains.A secluded paradise on top of Mt. Hiei, isolated from the hustle and bustle of the city.Dinner at the restaurant while watching the sunset and views of Lake Biwa and other areas from the terrace are exactly what I expected, and I feel like time passes at a leisurely pace. The customer service was polite and I sat down to check in while enjoying some tea and sweets, and I was relieved from the heat and fatigue from my travels.I would like to visit again in a different season.thank you very much.

What impressed me most was that the staff worked with a high level of professionalism. The facilities in the room are also very good. Using public transportation can be inconvenient, but there is a shuttle to and from Otsukyo Station, which solves the problem. It is also very nice to have a morning work plan at Nekonchudo. However, bread and coffee need to be improved. There are no other issues, so I would like to thank you for your efforts.
