There are no shops nearby, so we recommend purchasing before you go.I stayed on the second floor, but I couldn't see Lake Biwa.

Used for overnight Biwaichi cycling (around North Lake) starting from Nagahama. Just about the halfway point. It's a bit far from places where you can eat and convenience stores, so be careful if you're on a plan that doesn't include meals. It's a resort hotel, so it's expensive, but it's certified as a ``Shiga Prefecture Cyclist-Friendly Inn,'' so even bicycle travelers can stay here with peace of mind. Of course, you can store your bicycle indoors (beside the lobby).

The rooms and service are very nice.I think 90% of the dining staff are part-time workers.Attentiveness, consideration, and consideration are mostly wonderful. The part-time job feels very young.Playing around with the student spirit,I was a little sad when I saw the guests eating the leftovers of their dinners when they returned home.Customers are not gods.ButAwareness that I am working for moneyI wanted them to be aware of how to serve customers and convey the goodness of this hotel.I will give this evaluation.I'm not being sarcastic, but if I myself,I would like the employees to give guidance to think about what would happen if they received the same treatment when staying at this hotel. The personalities of the employees and staff are wonderful, but it's a waste!

I stayed for two nights starting May 22nd.By car on weekdays, it takes about an hour from Shiga Kusatsu IC and a little over two hours from Koka IC, so if you are heading from the east, just get off at Kyoto Higashi IC.When I followed the navigation, I was guided to the back of the hotel, and it was not just the hotel grounds, but there were fences all over the place, and it was barely wide enough for one car to pass, so I saw the car of local resident A coming from the front, and out of kindness I just backed up. , I got to a place where there was enough space for cars to dodge, but locals B got mad at me and it was unreasonable. Although the site is large, the entrance to the parking lot is narrow and covered with bushes, and the signboard is small and difficult to understand, so the hotel needs to take measures as soon as possible not only for the sake of the guests but also to avoid causing inconvenience to nearby residents. want. The public bath is open from 15:00 to 23:00 and the next morning from 6:00 to 10:00.The public bath is not a hot spring. Because there is no bathing tax. The sauna is sized for two people. 95 degrees Celsius is good. The hourglass is probably a 5 minute counter. The circulation of the water bath has stopped and the warm water is just stored. The shower flow is not good. There is cold drinking water in the changing room. There is only one small watch in the changing room, which is inconvenient since bathing time is limited. There are a lot of dead insects on the floor of the open-air bath, so if you're going to sit on the edge and bathe in the open air, it's best to wash them off in a washbasin or tub. Windbreak? Lake Biwa cannot be seen. Only the hallway on the third floor, where the public bath is located, is air conditioned. The room has just been renovated and is clean, with a luxurious air purifier. The outlet is deteriorated and loose, so I'm worried about a fire. The futon on the bed was not covered with a cover, just a sheet tucked in. There is a Japanese-style room, so it is comfortable to buy local products at the supermarket and enjoy a meal. I can hear snoring from the next room. Air conditioning is comfortable in each room. Unlike the shower in the public bath, the water pressure in the shower in the room is strong and comfortable. The shower curtain was unhooked in some places and the hem was full of mold. When I went down to the first floor after 11pm, the lights were off and it was so dark that I had a hard time finding a microwave. The buttons on the microwave oven were also dark and hard to see, so I solved it by opening the smoking room door and turning on the sensor light.Overall, there are some very good points, but on the other hand, there are some very bad points that offset them, so it's a shame. The staff are all good people and I would like to stay here again in the future, so I hope they can do something about the things that can be improved, such as the thin walls.22,000 yen for 2 people on weekdays for 2 nights without meals. There are no places to shop near the hotel, so I went shopping at a supermarket near the Kusatsu IC, which seemed to be open, but it took over an hour to get to the hotel, so I think it would be tough in the summer. In that respect, there are several supermarkets to choose from around Azumigawa-cho, Takashima City. 30 to 40 minutes to Azumigawa Town. The route passed through the rumored Shirahige Shrine, but luckily there was no traffic jam.For reference only, the times are on weekdays, which is not the peak season.
