As rumored, this is a dog-first hotel. The best equipment and support for dogs. The staff members are honest enough to say that their top priority is to make sure the dogs like them. The food and private open-air bath are both great.I was able to use it comfortably this time as well. It was nice that I didn't have to make a reservation for payment time.

It was my first overnight trip with my dog.I was worried because he usually barks when he gets excited, but the staff were kind and helpful. The walk in the nearby Yutaka Park was very pleasant, and I was able to greet many dogs, and they seemed to be having fun.The room was clean and the food was delicious. It was my first time traveling with my dog at this hotel. I would like to go again.

I stayed on the first floor of Moderate. The food was pretty average, but since my purpose was to enjoy a leisurely vacation with my dog, maybe something like Shokado bento would be fine.I was grateful for the coffee service in the lobby, and the staff worked hard.I was impressed by the majesty of Lake Biwa, and the dog was happy, but I was nervous about crossing a busy road in an unfamiliar area. It would have been nice to have a place with a little more tranquility.

I was looking for a trip with my dog and stayed here for the first time. The staff were all dog lovers and were very courteous. The room meals and in-room baths were great, especially the room meals, which mainly consisted of fresh fish dishes, and the whole family was satisfied. thank you very much.

I had a disappointing impression of the human food.I will describe it in the second half. This was my first time staying at a hotel that allows pets.As mentioned in the existing reviews, the staff's response, hotel facilities, and rooms were all very wonderful.Above all, the open-air bath in the guest room and the view from there were the best. The sunset was so beautiful. The hotel's dog run is overgrown with grass, making it difficult to walk small dogs.Is there a pond in front of you? I was concerned about the presence of mosquitoes. However, there was a large park across the road, and it was great to be able to take a walk along Lake Biwa.In addition, there are convenience stores and supermarkets within a few minutes' drive, so I felt the location was good.About meals. The food for my dog was all things I could make at home (simply steamed meat, fish, and vegetables) and wasn't fancy, so I thought it was enough to bring it in from home. The most disappointing part was the human food. There was a wide variety of appetizers and main dishes and I enjoyed it very much. However, to put it simply, the dessert at the end was cheap. Cheap.I don't think the accommodation rates are cheap.Looking at the cars in the parking lot, there were many expensive cars lined up.Will guests be satisfied with this dessert? ? It was a shocking content.●Breakfast yogurtA small amount of yogurt is served with more than that amount of canned foreign fruit.●Seasonal fruits. There were two small Kyoho grapes (seedless purple grapes), but one was wrinkled and tasted spoiled.●Creative sweets are not delicious."La France Pudding"Not only was it not tasty, but more than half of the mint on top had turned brown and was unpleasant."Purple sweet and sour jelly"Not listed on the menuLike LaFrance's pudding, the whipped cream is sprinkled with colorful chocolate, so is it suitable for children? It's cheap.Japanese sweets made with red bean paste, almost the same as the appetizerThe arrangement is unnatural.Since the appetizers had almost the same taste, I wondered why the same ones were served here as well. It became. There were so many dishes (there were some bulky dishes here and there) that I was so full that I didn't feel like eating. It's very detailed, butI put a lot of emphasis on food when choosing a place to stay, so I was disappointed when I realized at dinner on the first day that I had to compromise on that.I want to come here again! I don't feel that way.I think once is enough.I felt like I wanted to enjoy another hotel.I think this is a great hotel for those who don't place much importance on food.

Every corner of the room was designed to prevent odors, making both the dog and the dog very comfortable. It's very clean and the soundproofing in each room is excellent. The food was colorful and delicious, with seasonal and local ingredients, and the refreshing hot springs were comfortable. You can't lie down in a completely Western-style room, so you'll have to bring your own mat. All the staff were smiling and loved dogs, so we had a great time.

I stayed here on a weekday when it was cheaper.By making a reservation directly from the website, the accommodation fee, which normally costs 3,300 yen per animal, is now free. (Up to 2 dogs) After completing the reservation, it was a bit troublesome to have to accept the dog's terms of service and reserve the dog's meal separately from the website. This time I reserved the moderation room on the 1st floor. The space was just right for 2 adults and 2 dogs. The room was very clean and there was no pet odor at all. very beautiful. Both dinner and breakfast are served in your room.I don't like white rice, but each grain of rice was sweet and delicious. I was able to get the Omi beef course for an additional 3,300 yen on top of the regular price, so I went for that this time. The meat was also sweet and delicious. The only thing that bothered me was that the menu changed slightly depending on the day.Although I couldn't use the hotel's dog run and didn't interact with other dogs, I was able to relax in my room and it was a relaxing time.
