The neighborhood is very quiet, but the room is smaller than I expected. But this room happens to have good lighting. I really like the feeling of sunlight shining into the room in the morning.

Perhaps the only advantage is that it is close to Tsukiji. The actual room is extremely small, the price is not cheap, and the overall situation is not clean. The location is mixed with tourists from all over the world, and the sound insulation is also very poor. There is nothing worth recommending...

It's a busy hotel but the cleanliness is disappointing. When we got the room, water flowing from the air conditioner, long black hair in the bathtub and on the bed!! It made me sick.. we were so tired and gave up due to the language problem, we didn't even complain, I cleaned it up!! I haven't seen anyone smiling at the reception yet, they are not friendly at all..

I stayed there for a week as a solo female traveler, and even though there were three beds in the room, I thought it was luxurious. There were some people who looked like Koreans and they were having lentils on the second floor. They told me to check in by myself, but it would be more reliable if someone checked in.It was a memory that will last a lifetime.

The staff's attitude towards customers is very poor. Their basic service mindset is zero. I have been to Japan countless times for business trips and travel, but this is the first time I have been to such an unfriendly place. When I inquired in the morning, the male staff member's expression and tone of voice were so irritated and annoying that it was really unpleasant. . When I said “Thank you”, they didn’t even look at me and said “Okay”… Even my acquaintances were dumbfounded… The lady with permed hair who was there in the afternoon was very kind. The room is spacious, easy to access the station, and the surroundings are quiet, so there are many advantages. If we improve it, it will become a better hotel.

2022/end of DecemberI have been staying here for the past six days. During the epidemic, everything is self-service. There are check-in/check-out machines for you to check in/out by yourself. There are also counter staff to assist. In principle, they mainly explain relevant precautions. Bathroom toiletries are on the first floor. Pick up or exchange, basically giving you a housing location very close to Tsukiji, which is great~The triple room this time was very large, with separate toilets and showers, and a bathtub, which was great. It was a pity that we booked it too late. Otherwise, they had a hotel with a bath, which would have been perfect! The next step is to attack Tsukiji...Happy!

The location is good. The Yokohama ramen next to the building downstairs is particularly delicious.

I had a nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were smaller than expected, but they worked well for a couple. The bed was spacious enough, and the check-in process was fast and easy. It's convenient that they offer luggage storage if needed and the presence of elevators was a real plus. One slight inconvenience was that you’re given only one card to power your room, so you need to take it with you whenever you leave. I’m not sure if it's possible to request an additional card. The bathroom was adequately spacious with shampoo and conditioner provided. There’s also a small area near the front desk with additional amenities like mouthwash, hair brushes, and tea.In terms of location, the hotel is well-placed with a bus stop just a 4-minute walk away and a main train station about 10 minutes on foot. Both 7-Eleven and Family Mart are conveniently close, just a 5-minute walk.As for the view, we were on the 11th floor facing a building, which wasn’t particularly scenic. However, since we spent most of our time out exploring, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, the hotel met our needs and provided a comfortable stay.
