The location is great, there is a beautiful private beach with a spectacular view right in front of you, and you can walk to Kaizu. Regarding hotel services, there is a huge difference between Japanese hotel staff and foreign hotel staff. I think it's difficult for hoteliers from other countries to master Japanese in an unfamiliar place with different nationalities. However, for those of us who came there without knowing anything, it was quite unsettling. The person I requested didn't come to pick me up, and I didn't even get a word of apology. There was no way to get to the hotel, and there was no explanation of how to get to my room. I came from far away and wanted to go to Lake Biwa, but they didn't lend me towels (although there is a private beach). ), the course I ordered was the most expensive plan, so I was wondering if it was okay. Even when he sat down to the dinner table, he was kind of curt (I think this is normal for foreign hotel staff) and didn't even take drink orders. When it was over, I realized that being a hotelier from a foreign country, there were many differences from customer service in Japan. I received the chef's special course. The dish was gorgeous, with an abundance of matsutake mushrooms, and had a wonderful taste and appearance.The tableware was also wonderful, but the customer service was such that I felt sorry for the head chef. There are no explanations about the food, no employees to look around the hall, and no customer service to make the wonderful food the best it can be. This is a meal that includes customer service. It was really disappointing. The only Japanese customer service staff was very considerate. The rooms are new and look like log houses, and from the windows there is a magnificent view of Lake Biwa through the splendid pine trees. It seemed like a lot of people were staying there, but it was very quiet. Both the room and the beach were clean. I think it will be difficult due to lack of manpower. We look forward to seeing the hotel grow into a wonderful hotel.

Stayed in a twin room on the mountain side.The room has a toilet with a washlet, a bath and shower, a hair dryer, a safe, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, and a TV. The bed has a USB extension cord, which is convenient.The mattress is hard but the pillows are great 😆There was also a microwave next to the front desk.2024.9 againIn addition to the above equipment, there is also an air purifier and some shampoos that look good.The room was nice and cool for this time of year, and it was great from the moment I entered 😆

A very great hotel. My family came here on a beautiful sunny day. At noon, the whole family will swim at the nearby swimming beach. The swimming beach is very clean and cool. In the afternoon, hotel staff will prepare full BBQ food and drinks at the nearby bar. The room is clean and has big windows overlooking the lake. My children slept very well. In the morning, you will have a comfortable breakfast and enjoy the lake view at the restaurant. During cherry blossom season, I will come back to experience cherry blossom viewing by boat.

I looked for a deodorant, but couldn't find it so I gave up.Although it has been kept clean, the age of the equipment cannot be hidden.At night, I hear insects chirping somewhere in my room. Even when I was going to bed, the noise didn't stop and I was worried about it, so I couldn't get back to sleep.After I managed to fall asleep, I got up to go to the bathroom, and then I got worried and tracked down where the sound was coming from, and it was screaming from around the pipe space in the bathroom. I couldn't see it with my eyes, so I sprayed hot water in the shower and managed to calm it down, so I went back to bed.The room was along the lake, so the view was good.Dinner and breakfast were delicious, but the room was disappointing.

There is no public bath, and the bath is a unit bath in the room. Although it says that there is Wi-Fi, I have never been able to connect to it, and there are no hotel-like services. I think it's a good place to stay at a reasonable price with small children.I'm trying my best to eat well...(I can get Omi beef steak with it) I thought I'd write that maybe the only great thing about it is the location, but the young people who seem to be part-time workers are struggling and working hard, which gives me a bad feeling. I didn't. It seems that you can go out freely at night, and many people went to the beach to watch fireworks.

Makino Sunny Beach is right in front of the hotel and is a popular place for swimming and outdoor activities in the summer, so there are many overnight guests. It feels old, but it feels clean.The key is the latest touch-based version of the card.Although it is a two-story building, there are quite a lot of horizontally long rooms.There are rooms on the mountain side and on the lake side, and the mountain side is cheaper.I reserved a cheap room on the mountain side, but they gave me a room on the lake side.It's great to be able to see Lake Biwa through the pine forest from the large windows!Thank you.There is a paved parking lot next to the hotel and a larger unpaved parking lot in front of the hotel.There is a convenience store nearby. The restaurant has a lake view on the lakeside,There is also a simple terrace, so you can feel more liberated here.There was also an Indian restaurant with suspicious neon lights at night.There is no public bath, but the bathtub in the unit bath is quite large.There is a hot spring near the Metasequoia trees, so if you have a car you can get there quickly.The location alone is good enough.There are many auto campgrounds around.An early morning walk is recommended.

This was my third time using it, on a Friday night.I got a good deal through Agoda, but I was a little disappointed that it didn't have a lake view.···········································.I stayed overnight with a friend on a weekday.When I go to Lake Biwa, I often see a beautiful hotel in front of me, but this was my first time using it.I think it's been a few years, but the inside of the building was clean, the room (twin room facing the lake) had a log style interior and was clean, and the bath and toilet were spacious.The beach is right in front of the hotel, and because it faces east, the morning sun is beautiful.Lake Biwa has a lively atmosphere from spring to summer with small sweetfish jumping around.If you walk about 800 meters to the station, you will find pubs and game restaurants. You can also eat small sweetfish (lol).Especially recommended for couples visiting Biwaichi!There is no public bath.
