My second time staying here, it’s one of the best hotels in patong. A hidden gem!Amazing staff. Special thanks to the receptionist Krathin. She was very helpful throughout my stay!

The hotel is located away from the main street.We read the reviews, but decided to try it.Yes, in the morning you can really hear the construction process, most strongly if the windows face the construction site, if the entrance is not so loud given the closed balcony door. It is better to ask for a room with a street view, otherwise you will be looking at the walls and windows of a hotel under construction.The rooms are old, but everything is quite clean. Cleaning daily, coffee water, clean towels daily.There is no safe, but this was not a problem for us.The staff is very polite, customer focus is excellent.We lived here from 07/05/2024-07/12/24, the price and quality were excellent. If we translate into rubles, we paid about 1000 per room per night. This is a great price! Next to the hotel there is a Landry with Russian on the screen, you can select it and everything will be clear how to start the washing process.Leaving the hotel and turning towards the road, and from Landry turn right to the Banzai market for about 10 minutes, opposite it is the central (shopping center). It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Bangla Road at a leisurely pace, looking at the local street shopping flavor.For us during the acclimatization period, the hotel was an excellent choice. We were satisfied with everything for this money.I recommend this place. We liked everything.

THEY ASK THE CUSTOMER TO CLEAN THE CUPS OF THE COFFEE AND ALSO ACCORDING TO THEM YOU CAN ONLY ORDER COFFEE SACHETS ONCE IN ONE DAY THAT TO ONLY 2 SACHETS... MOST PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DONT EVEN BOTHER TO EXPLAIN... DONOT BOOK THIS AT ALL... THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR FOR THE SERVICE....

I used a single room (room 321).The room was clean and the air conditioning and hot water worked well. Please clean it too.I requested water service when making a reservation, and they kept refilling the water.Shampoo, soap, body wash, dryer, and umbrella are provided as standard.The hotel's location is a bit far (700-800m) from Jungceylon and Patong Beach, but it was worth walking to.There was also a rabbit laundry at the entrance to the alley, which was nice in many ways.

A wonderful quiet hotel, according to reviews, turned out to be a real nightmare, because as of February 2024, construction is underway nearby from 08:30 to 17:00. Dust, noise. I chose the hotel solely on the principle of silence.

I stayed one week at this hotel in July with my Thai gf.Cheap, clean, confortable, quiet, and so lovely staff.Always nice and helpful staff.Just only 10 minutes to the beach by walk when you know the way. 15 minutes walk to Bangla road. 20 if you walk slow.I really recommend. Will definitely book again if I go back to Patong.Thank you. Please staff take care.
