I went here on April 27, 2024. There was no receptionist in the facility but they contacted me through the application. It was a very nice location but I prefer the rooms were clearly stated for each guests. Overall it was a nice visit!

Simple small hostel. The lady who runs it is very sweet and helped me with some odd requests, since I'm traveling by bicycle. The location is great. nice walking market street near by and very close to watch sunrise or sun set on Lake Biwa.

Teeth brushing and towels are not provided, so you should bring your own.There is no bicycle parking on or around the premises, so please consider this carefully if you want to circumnavigate Lake Biwa in two days.

No wifi, bathroom is dirty. We found a half drank milk carton in the unusable fridge. No tower, I’ve never been in a guest house without tower. It seem like the owner didn’t even bother to clean this place up before taking new guests in. Horrible services. How tf did you get 4 stars?

Stayed here during Biwaichi. About 2 minutes from Biwako-Hamaotsu Station. You can stay for around 3000 yen on weekdays.The guest house is run by a Chinese owner, and there was no one to check in.This is a room that can accommodate about 7 people.Fortunately, I was the only person in the room, so the room was spacious and comfortable.I never meet the owner, just calls and texts.Below are some things I noticed↓I was the only one there, but the garbage in the trash bin was still there and it was filthy.The furniture and interior are so random that there is no sense of unity, and it feels like my parents' home.Hotels if you're not used to places like this? You might be surprised...A homely accommodation that feels like staying at a friend's houseThe tissue paper was empty. I want you to replenish it before you come.There is no problem if you just sleep!

In the middle of Golden Week in 2023・I heard there are two guesthouse locations? I stayed in a private room in the shopping district.・Even though it was Golden Week, it was empty! ! And it's cheap! ! Moreover, when I called at 21:00, they responded! ! This is because I always stay in a private room at a certain internet cafe, but even though it's in Shiga, it's always full! ! ? ? I couldn't hide my surprise. If you really want to stay in a private room, please contact us. Thank you for your help.・The drawback is that there are no convenience stores nearby. Is the supermarket open early?・The shower room is small and has two standing showers.・There is a small living space. There is also a refrigerator where you can warm things up and prepare simple meals (?).
