It was a very nice accommodation when I stayed there last year, so I decided to stay there again this time.Even though I told them in advance that my 2-year-old daughter has an egg allergy, they served mayonnaise on the side of the salad, and I thought it was egg-free mayonnaise, but the texture was different. I noticed something strange and told the person serving the food, but it turned out to be mayonnaise with egg in it. I was able to stop my daughter just before she put it in her mouth, but we almost ended up in an ambulance.Originally, I could eat half a boiled egg, but I had told them over the phone and by email that mayonnaise was definitely not allowed. I asked the staff about the eggs each time I checked in and when the food was served, but they said, "We don't use eggs at all."In addition to containing mayonnaise,In the end, after checking for the third time, I was told that ``they use eggs to connect the hamburgers.'' What they say is inconsistent and I can't trust it at all. Moreover, if you tell them you have an egg allergy, even if it's not severe, don't you have to go to the trouble of using eggs in your hamburgers?After that, the main dish was lowered and the meat came out, but my daughter found it so hard that she couldn't eat it.I was horrified to think what if I had eaten mayonnaise at that time, and the subsequent meals had no taste at all and I couldn't enjoy them at all.At the meal venue, there were other people eating around, so I tried to calm my anger and let the people serving the food know so that they wouldn't be offended.After that, I still wasn't satisfied and went to the front desk to tell someone higher up. Nothing has been improved, has it?I also serve mentaiko, which is quite spicy, for my morning meal. There's no way a 2-year-old can eat big, hard pickles. I think we need to separate the menus for children of elementary school age and those under 3 years old.My daughter, who always eats everything, only ate fish, so I went back to her room and reluctantly fed her some sweets to convince her.When I checked out, I was charged for my daughter's meal, so I had to tell them, but even though something like that had happened, the person in charge was not at the front desk when I checked out. I won't apologize unless I say so.After I told them I would never use the hotel again and left the hotel, the receptionist came after me and handed me a box of sweets. Please don't do that to the receptionist who did nothing wrong. That response shows that yesterday's apology was flimsy.I will never go there again, but please take care of food allergies before they cause harm to your customers.By the way, there was a young male employee serving the meals at night, but I think he should be trained because his attitude was terrible.

It was too reasonable. Early check-in is recommended.・If you spend a few hundred yen, you can soak in any number of hot springs at the hotel next door (we went to 4 of them).point・The staff (especially the men in their 30s) always have bright smiles and great hospitality.・The rice was better than expected, and I recommend the Omi steak.-The building may be old, but it's very clean- Enjoy table tennis, karaoke, manga, board games, massage devices, etc.thank you very much.

I have used Yumotokan several times, so this time I stayed here and was required to use the public bath at Yumotokan.This inn costs around 16,000 yen for one night and two meals for a weekend stay. It's a very reasonable price range, but overall I thought it was more than worth it.However, when I went out into the hallway, I was a little concerned about the smell, but once I entered the room, it didn't really bother me.Prior to my stay, I communicated with you several times via email.The head chef at this inn is said to be proud of his ``dashi soup'', so the hotpot we had for dinner was delicious.There was one unfortunate thing. This is not about the service or customer service at the inn, but about the morals of us ``guests.''There was a group of people there that day. Since I had been contacted by the inn in advance, I am satisfied with the accommodation's response.Until 12:00 a.m., I thought there was nothing I could do about it, but if the loud conversations and startling noises continued past 1:00, I was thinking of contacting the front desk. However, it got quiet, so I went to bed. About two hours later, I didn't know if it was from the floor above or the same floor, but it was so loud I thought it was shaking from the ground. Due to the structure of the inn, the noise may be a concern, but I was a little surprised.As users of the facility, we also felt that we had to spend our time thinking about other things.I will definitely use this inn again when traveling to hot springs where cost performance is important. It's not a great location, but there is shuttle service to the station. Dinner and breakfast are also delicious. The hot spring facilities are good as it is shared with a sister hotel with a higher price range. Recommended to bundle for 2 days or more

If you walk from the station, the entrance is at the top of the hill!We recommend a car or free shuttle bus.Thank you very much for asking for various accommodations!The room seemed to have been renovated once and was very clean!(The walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbors a little.)You can use billiards, table tennis, and massage chairs for free, and karaoke is cheap at 1,100 yen per hour regardless of the number of people! (Although the model is old, it also has some recent songs.)The food is delicious, and you can use the hot springs at our sister hotel, Yumotokan, for 700 yen!(※The rice includes the photo + dessert and 2 other items.)I want to go again✨

It is said that the service is minimal, but it was sufficient.The room was very clean and most of all the food was hot.There are no typical appetizers, sashimi, tempura, etc.Two solid fuel pots are lined up, and bowls and other hot dishes are served hot.The last kamameshi was freshly cooked and very delicious.Since the accommodation fee was a good deal, I was able to spend some money on souvenirs and have a great time.

Even though it was Golden Week, I was told that I could stay for just over 10,000 yen, so I thought it was cheap so I thought I'd give it a try.When I actually stayed there, I was surprised at how good the staff's customer service was. The man at the reception desk greeted me in a pleasant manner with a smile, and the woman at the reception desk at the beginning did her best to answer my questions without making a negative face, leaving me with a good impression.The room wasn't very spacious, but it was clean and neat. It had been renovated and was very beautiful.For the bath, we used Yumotokan.For an additional 700 yen of accommodation at Komorebi, I was able to enjoy the hot springs at Yumotokan as much as I wanted, so it was a great deal. I think it's a very good system.Overall, I can say that the cost performance is too good.We had a great time.thank you very much. I would like to use it again!

I am a person who wishes for the prosperity of Ogoto Onsen.I stayed there for the third time at the end of the year.The inn has three floors and there is no elevator.Last time I stayed on the 3rd floor, so I stayed on the 2nd floor this time.The building is old, but the rooms have been renovated and are clean.There is table tennis, karaoke, a bubble machine, massage chairs, and ice cream, all of which are free and cost-effective.The meal was a shabu-shabu course and was just the right amount.I'm not good with living things, but thank you for changing to another dish.The taste is always delicious.Breakfast includes Japanese set meals and curry.After arriving at Yumotokan by shuttle bus, take the elevator to the 6th floor → exit at the end of the hallway → Komorebi Entrance.You can also use the bath at Yumotokan for an additional 700 yen.I like that the hot springs at both Komorebi and Yumotokan have a thick, smooth texture.There seem to be a lot of repeat customers here.I'll go there again since it's easy to get there from Osaka.thank you very much.We pray for the continued prosperity of the inn and the health of all our staff.

The building is old, there are steps in some places, and there is no elevator. The building itself is also on top of a slope.There is a free shuttle bus to Ogoto Onsen Station, and I was able to pick it up at the entrance of our sister hotel, Yumotokan. We entered through the entrance of Yumotokan, took the elevator of Yumotokan, and entered our inn through the connecting corridor.The guy at the front desk was courteous. The small inn has a table tennis table and all-you-can-eat ice cream in a corner of the lobby. The inn's bathhouse doesn't have many people, so you can take a relaxing soak without worrying about being seen.When you check in, you will be asked if you would like to use the large public bath or open-air bath at the sister hotel, and you can do so for an additional fee. As soon as you exit the entrance of our inn, turn left and go through the hallway to enter the sister building. You can visit a total of 4 public baths in the sister hotel over two days, and there are plenty of amenities, all renovated and clean, and there is also an open-air bath with a panoramic view of Lake Biwa, where you can watch the sunrise.If you just want to enjoy the hot springs, the large communal bath at our hotel is sufficient, but if you want a more satisfying experience, we recommend the large communal bath at our sister hotel.There are many dishes, and the portions are just right. It seems like there can be 4 groups in one room, but perhaps because each group has a different time, the room was reserved exclusively for that time. A screen hides your view, making it very comfortable. The tea and cold drinks were self-service, and I was able to get as many refills as I wanted from the ones in the corner of the room, so it was very convenient.
