Prices are reasonable near Yamato StationAmenities are the average, room is clean (a little small but it can't be helped since it's an exotic place)It's neither terrible nor amazing.HotelHowever, urgent system improvement is required.First, we used the D type room.Accommodation part 1 (start time unknown - 12:00) and 2 parts (1:00 - 15:00).Start time is 3:34 p.m.When you enter the D type room,There was a notice that only one part of the D type room was available."yeah?"I thought so and checked with the front desk.It is said to be open until 12:00.In that case, I thought that I had already used the higher rank (+1000 yen until 3:00 pm) from the beginning, so I checked with the front desk."Please wait a moment."With simple calculationD rank until 12:00 (extension fee applies)C rank until 15:00 (+1000 yen)You won't notice this system until you enter the room.I don't think it's a fraud on the description. I made a complaint and had it changed to type C for an additional 1,000 yen.The front desk says, ``We were able to make it this way this time, but that doesn't necessarily mean we'll be able to do it next time.''No, it's not my fault.This is a problem that could be solved by eliminating the two-part display on the touch panel when selecting a room.Even after I got off the train, the staff was saying things like, ``These people are using discounts, so I don't know the difference,'' which is really scary. This is a love hotel within walking distance from Yamato Station.The hotel itself is very clean. The room we used was small. If it's a higher grade room, it might be a little more spacious.Maybe the price is too high.I didn't know about paying in advance because it was my first time, but I was a little surprised when the front desk person asked me to pay in advance a little rudely.I'm sure there are some first-time users, so I thought it would be helpful if you could be a little more flexible about that.Also, I think this hotel is not suitable for people who smoke cigarettes. iQOS will install it.
