Anyway, it was clean, the necessary equipment was well maintained, and I had a comfortable stay.Although the hotel does not have a front desk, you can rest assured that the staff will respond immediately by phone or email. This time, I had a lot of trouble with the courier company when transporting my luggage, but the staff was very accommodating and very helpful.I'm glad I stayed here.I would definitely use it again.

The location is convenient. Although the room is not big, it is fully functional, especially laundry and bathroom drying. It is very convenient for consecutive stays! There are also microwaves and simple stoves for cooking and heating food, which is really suitable for multi-day travelers!

A pleasant and inviting place, with a very nice hostess. The room was polished, with clean towels, shiny toilets, washing machine, iron, stove and everything needed to organize a light meal. The bed is comfortable and large, and a large youth sofa awaited the little one. Beneath the hotel there is a 24*7 supermarket. In short, very worth it.

I loved this place. They have shower and toilet, all in the same small room. The beds have mattress and and bed sheets - both white, my bestest color. I like their avocado sandwich so much, only complaint is that it was yellow and tasted like eggs. I will never complaint about home food now, my family thinks they taught me a good lesson. I hope they will come back to take me home one day. Until then, I love it here (whenever they let me in). Oh and no flowers, but I can't complain, I have no taste buds to eat then anyways. Cheers, hope this feedback helped.

Flower Terrace is a beautiful spot to stay in Shinjuku. The room is designed with space in mind and the functionality it amazing. We really appreciated the little touches like toothbrushes and charging ports. We’ll definitely book again!

Room on the 3rd floor, a good size, there were 4 of us there, and there is plenty of storage space, which allows you to have enough space to live there for several days.Kitchen equipped with just what you need for breakfast, not really anything to go beyond.Correct bedding, you will have to make the extra bed (sofa bed) yourself.Very good location for traveling throughout Tokyo, a metro station at the bottom of the building, with two lines.Washing machine in the bathroom, and detergent available.A very good base camp for visiting Tokyo 🗼

The suite is very clean and spacious, and I particularly appreciate that there is a bathtub and a small chair for bathing. It's very good to see Alcohol spray and coffee available for guests as well. Instructions for check-in and check-out are also very clear.

Not close to much of what Shinjuku is known for, but steps away from a convenient station. Host was very communicative when we needed it. Timed messages for checkin and checkout. Room is large for a Japanese hotel and super clean. We would stay again.

I stayed 3 night in this hotel with my wife,it was great experience.The space of the room is big regarding other hotels in tokyo,early check-in,cleaning of the room,the location of the hotel is in great area in shinjuku,calm classy area ,there is supermarket directly beneath the hotel ,great coffee place in the street corner,very safe calm street close to metro station about 6 minutes walk.Kettle,iron,tooth brush everything is available.Great balcony so for smoker it's a good option also .They put extra towers,extra blankets,there's extra from everything so really you don't need room service as it's automated hotel.Internet connection was good.It's automated Hotel but you can't find anyone in the hotel but if you send them message in booking or agoda they will answer you in few minutes.If you booked the room for one person,it's allowed to accommodate 4 persons!Great Hotel in Great Tokyo in Great Japan & great Japanese people.

Location of Flower Terrace was excellent. Walking distant to Kabukicho and trains (especially Higashi Shinjuku). Room was clean and modern with washing machine and many amenities. Area was quiet and safe. Familymart and walking distance to many resturants. Overall had an excellent stay and Mariko san was extremely helpful and attentive to needs. Definitely recommend and will book again if coming back to East Shinjuku area

I stayed with my family and we had an excellent experience staying here. Communication with the owner since before the day has been excellent and was responded very fast. Same thing happened when checking in until checking out. It was an excellent experience and beyong my expectation. The most impressive thing was that we were able to access the room earlier than the normal check-in time. The owner was making an excellent effort to unable us to access the room earlier. Room condition is superb.

Great find for a small family. A block away from two train lines, plenty of convenience stores & restaurants. The washer in the room was golden! Dryer was quite interesting, you hang clothes in shower room & run the drying vent, takes a few hours but works! Last but not least, I left my Galaxy S24 Ultra and Mariko (staff manager?) got in touch with me right away to help get it back to me. Refused to let me give her a reward, its just the culture. How great is Japan?!?!

First trip and first hotel in Japan!Very good location, very well served. A few minutes walk from Shinkuju.Large, very comfortable and well appointed apartment. Very clean !No staff in the hotel but everything is very well explained and intuitive. I recommend you !

I have been to Tokyo several times and stayed at various kinds of hotels. This hotel is simply the best ever. This hotel may not be suitable for business travelers, because there is no business center. But, for a vacation, this is the best. I would like to stay here again.
