I went to a room with an open-air bath, but it was the worst.The tiles in the bathroom were cracked and I thought I was going to cut my foot. The open-air bath is so dirty that I don't feel like taking a bath. The roof of the sofa outside was damaged, and there was bird droppings on the floor.It was very disappointing even though it was the highest grade room. I entered the room and left without being there for 2 hours, so it felt like I was throwing money away. As expected, it's too cruel

This is the worst love hotel.The equipment is in disrepair.The bath is sinking which is strange.The shower only runs slowly, so even men can't wash their hair. You need to wash it in the basin from the bathtub.The wash basin is full of rust.Welcome drink will be served 30 minutes after ordering.The ventilation fan in the bathroom is so noisy that it needs to be replaced.I can hear the sound of the jet bath from other rooms, so I can't sleep because it's so noisy.The connection is so bad that YouTube stops midway through.Orders cannot be communicated and Pat cannot be communicated.If you don't read the menu thoroughly from cover to cover, the price will change (you won't be able to order free food). It's probably common to group stores.I left dinner on the table, and breakfast was left on the floor. "I can't put it down, so I'll put it on the floor," which is impossible.I'll never come again.

I have stayed at BestDelight HOTEL&SPA Group many times.This time I stayed in room 201.There was a permanent karaoke room and we had a really fun time.We had more than 3 hours of fun!The staff were also very courteous.The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was soft and I was able to sleep soundly!I stayed here this time and it was so nice that I would like to stay in the same room again.It was very good every time and I would like to stay at a hotel from the same group next time.

I stayed in room 201.I chose this because I wanted to do karaoke with my boyfriend. The sound quality was good and the room was spacious, so I was able to enjoy it in a different way than at a karaoke store. Before I knew it, I had been singing for over 3 hours!The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable.There were so many amenities and sweets! There are many member benefits, and what I particularly liked was the free strawberry mille-feuille food. It's really delicious and I highly recommend it! ! I want to come again.

2 couples stayed in 2 rooms overnight. Stayed at grade A and grade B rooms. Dirty balcony with bird droppings and spider webs. In room bathroom jacuzzi doesn’t work. Water pressure is Low. Room at top grade A is small and squeeze. Do not stay. Do not use.

This is my first time using it. Amenities are too poor for the price. It was a high-priced room with an outside bath, but did it leak? There were some stains and slugs, so I couldn't use it in the end. The inside was about average.I couldn't ask for the menu because the panel didn't connect and the TV remote only responded. I contacted the front desk, but they said they would get back to me.

I made a reservation for the room with an open-air jakuzi, it was dirty, the cloth chairs were wet from the rain, dead spiders, the floating bed full of mud, the jakuzi place was very old without renovation, it was disgusting to bathe there, it's not what the photo shows I'll never go again

I was unnecessarily ripped off and even when I asked for the price in detail, I received a vague reply. Is the ``needan'' in the description a lie? I will never go there again. I called the number 9 at the front desk but no one answered and I had to wait for over an hour for the amenities.

First of all, when you check in at the front desk, there is no receptionist and you have to wait. I got a room with an open-air bath, but the door to go to the open-air bath wouldn't open.When I called the front desk, I thought it would open normally, but then a man came and sprayed the door for 5 to 10 minutes. The door will now open.The open-air bath was dirty, and the indoor bath smelled like a drain.Do you turn on the ventilation fan before going to bed? There was also a bad smell.When I looked closely, the room was full of dust.I had made a reservation for breakfast at 7 o'clock, but it didn't show up when I called! When I checked with the kitchen, I realized that they had completely forgotten about it. I paid 14,190 yen for the best room and was surprised at the quality.I will never go there again.

This is a bad hotel.I've used it many times, but the service is inconsistent. At first, when I was staying at the hotel, I had a system where they would come directly to my room to collect the accommodation fee after check-in, and the response and service at that time was the most friendly and nice.After changing to paying at the front desk after check-in, the overall service got worse.・After checking in, I went to the front desk and tried to pay, but the clerk didn't come out and I had to wait.・Even though I had my membership card out, the membership fee was not charged and when I asked for it after paying, I was given an unknown amount of change as if I had forgotten it.・Free food for members is always out of stock.・When I called the front desk when I was leaving the hotel, I was charged an extension fee.When I looked at the time and pressed the panel, the hotel system told me I was 1 minute early.(Even though I had to wait a long time to pay at the front desk) I didn't want to be taken 1,000 yen even though I wasn't satisfied with it, so I said it back, but I guess it was a hassle, so I said I'd give it up this time, and I didn't want to give in. I blacked out. I was also told that I would be put on the list.It's a pretty bad hotel.There's no way I'd want to use something like that, so I decided not to use this series at all.I think it's the part-time job that is paying the bill at the front desk, but it's also possible that they are taking advantage of the weaknesses of the people using the love hotel and embezzling money.It's a shame because it used to be a very nice hotel.
