Even though I went there on short notice, they upgraded me to a room on the 11th floor. The room was clean and the unit bath was spacious, which was great! !I really liked the layout of the room, so I'd like to stay there again. The lobby is spacious and has a coffee machine, which is great.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights. Pay attention to the price and what's actually included with your room (i.e. breakfast). We got a room on the 12th floor and they are very small. We had to lay out our luggage in the hall area or on the bed to access them. We had the capability of making tea in our room, but not coffee. There's a coffee machine in the lobby area but it's not that great. The second morning we were there, there was no creamer stocked. The air conditioning makes a weird sound all night that can be very annoying for those who are light sleepers or have issues with sounds when trying to sleep. When we went for breakfast we were told that it wasn't included with our room and we would have to purchase breakfast at an additional charge. I found this odd with how much we paid for our room. That's our fault for not double checking, but then that makes these rooms way too expensive and not worth it. When we asked if we could look at the food before purchasing (I have food allergies and we wanted to see if it would even be worth it), we were told no. So our only option was to find breakfast elsewhere the two mornings we were in Yokohama. The front desk people, and I'm assuming the manager, were nice and I have no complaints there. We did laundry during our stay. The washer takes 30 minutes and is 300 yen. The dryer took an hour and half to dry our clothes and it was 100 yen per 30 minutes. We split our laundry load into 2 loads to make it smaller. There's a line on the dryer for appropriate load size. We were well below that with both loads. There were only two washers and two dryers. Luckily we got to wash our clothes and dry them. The other washer and dryer was taken. I feel for others who wanted to do their laundry but couldn't because the dryers are taken the entire day with how long they are to dry clothes. We were also lucky to have booked our room on the opposite side of the train. We didn't hear much train noise while in our room, but I could see how that would be a lot of noise pollution when trying to sleep.Overall, not impressed with this hotel and will not be staying here ever again. I don't recommend it for anyone else either.

The room rate is super cheap on weekdays. The hotel is not too far from Sakuragicho Station. The room size is okay. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Drinks and biscuits are provided on the first floor. Especially the biscuits are delicious and have various patterns. They are very cute. Overall The cp value is very high. but! It's too close to the railway track. The sound of the train passing by the track will be very annoying if you listen to it for a long time. People who are sensitive to sound should reconsider.

Very satisfied! I don't understand why the rating is 3.7. I guess there are a few bad reviews. It's true that the overweight, veteran-looking receptionist might be scary (lol).I was accepted by a cute and kind older sister. I'm a woman who stays in hotels all over the world and in Japan, and on Fridays I stay for 9,000 yen including breakfast, a double bed, and all-you-can-drink in the lounge. The lobby lounge also has a lovely aromatic scent. Stylish. The room and water area are clean. There is some train noise, but it's not that loud and I always have earplugs so it's not a problem! I had stayed at the Citadines for two days the day before, but since Friday the price has doubled, so I stayed here. There are many cheap and good hotels in Yokohama. I would like to visit again (^^) It's a bit far from the station, so it might be difficult for grandmothers. If you can tolerate that, I highly recommend it!

It seems like it's still a new building, but the rooms are a bit dirty! I was surprised to find that the bathtub was rough and the faucet was white with limescale. The worst part was the sound and shaking of the train passing by. I couldn't sleep because the train was constantly passing by until the last train, and in the early morning I was woken up by the first train after 4 o'clock, so I didn't get enough sleep...The bathroom in the unit was especially scary because of the muffled noise. I went to see my first grandchild, but I felt bad and regretted it. I will never stay there again!
