I stayed on a weekday! The sauna and breakfast were almost reserved, so we had a relaxing time. 25,000 yen for two people, including a welcome drink, is a great value for money! The toiletries included L'Occitane cleansing oil and lotion, so I didn't have to worry about bringing anything. It seemed like they also rented out hair irons. The loungewear was separated into upper and lower layers, which was easy to use.One thing I would say is that the toilet in the room was next to the bed, not in the sink or shower room, so it was a bit noisy. That's about it! I think I will choose this place again when I stay in Kamakura. Thank you very much✨

Distressing breakfast, budget hotel food quality but strictly limited in quantity: The orange juice is non refillable yet they poured only half at the beginnings. No water refill as well unless u earnestly ask, and the server may even skip u even she saw ur glass is almost empty which I do not understand. No spoon and no straw (served only on request too) worst service and low quality disproportionate to the price 30000-40000JPY per night here. (I would happily accept such standard if it 's a 8500 JPY hotel)Curtain in room cannot block sunshine, u are waken up near 5 am !——————————————————————————Reply to below webase claim:1/ Hospitality means the service provider ought to stand in customers' shoes---- so not act and reply in such self-centred hubris.2/ Please respect each and every of your customerSuch reply of yours , indeed, is self defeating on your end , as it is reinforcing what i am putting forth. And finally , it is only because of the grave seriousness of the case that warranted my valuable time to write here -- twice -- in order not to let fellow customers have the same bad experience

A short walk from Yuigahama Station. Good location near the seaside. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights and the breakfast was the same. Sparkling wine in the morning is good, but not exactly the same. I thought there would be some arrangements for a hotel at this price, but I'm disappointed. The room is spacious and good, but the bed is not very comfortable.

A very good beach hotel to go to see the beaches of Kamakura, which are very beautiful and have very pleasant water temperatures. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

This is the most super intricate and artistic hotel I've ever seen in terms of interiors. The atrium of the hotel is decorated with trendy sculptures co-branded with artists and the sky of Kamakura, which makes you feel happy. On the downside, the dusty interior of the room is a concern, and it smells damp, probably due to the proximity to the beach.

It was a very nice hotel. They visited us on my child's birthday and were very kind to us, such as consulting with us about kids' plates in advance and installing a railing on the bed to prevent falls. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were both delicious and the children were very satisfied. The only thing I noticed was that the staff at check-out had a low voice and were rude, which left me feeling very disappointed at the end.The food was delicious and the service was very good, so I was really looking forward to visiting again, but at the end I felt disappointed and my enjoyment was cut in half, so it was a poor ending.

This is my first time using it. I was looking forward to it with my daughter because it had a large public bath, but an elementary school-age boy came in while we were taking a bath, and my daughter, who is a junior high school student, didn't like it very much, so I left right away. When I told the front staff about this, I was told that there is no age limit for men to bathe in the women's bath. Does this mean that men of any age are allowed to enter the women's bath? When I asked him about this, he only said that he would check, but he did not warn the boy and his parents inside, and ended up crying and falling asleep. I'm very disappointed. I think my daughter was hurt too.The reception at the front desk during check-in and check-out was also poor. I was hoping for a more reasonable response from a hotel of this price, but I'm disappointed.

Very well located hotel, 200m from the beach, and many restaurants and coffee shops around. Relaxed atmosphere, perfect for few days rest with family in the south of Tokyo (1 hour and half from Asakusa). Nice service, staff available, a lounge is available, onsen / sauna very clean and quite big. The only remark : would be good to have more variety in the breakfast, especially when one strays for 3 or 4 nights. We recommend this place.

Hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, clean and comfortable rooms and facilities. The breakfast was amazing! Staff were very kind and helpful. The bath and sauna were in great shape and never crowded. So very close to the beach and easy walking distance to a train station and restaurants.
