For those who want to watch a concert at Ice BSD and want to stay here, I highly recommend using a motorbike taxi for around 20 minutes. It's also easy to find breakfast, lunch & dinner, Alfa is also close on foot. The staff are all friendly and on standby, the prices are also very affordable. Next time I will stay here again if I want to watch a concert at Ice BSD. for the room according to the picture.

Last year I stayed here for 2 weeks, got twin room 204 on the 2nd floor, a bit difficult for older people going up and down the stairs, comfortable mattress, clean toilet, cold AC, safe car parking, minus tissue, towels and room cleaned every day, children's staff young and friendly too... an experience that makes me come back to stay again... BUT THIS YEAR, sorry. Stayed again for 2 weeks, got room 209, the room floor was dusty, the toilet was dirty, the room and towels weren't cleaned every day, the rubbish wasn't thrown away for 2 days... even though I had ordered it to be cleaned... The new staff seemed indifferent, fortunately there were old children who ultimately helps quickly whenever there is a problem. Aqua and new towels have to be asked for, at night the electricity token runs out... I'm a bit disappointed with this year's experience... I hope the owner can pay attention to it so he can become a regular guest because he definitely goes to Tangerang twice a year... And if possible, make a twin room on the 1st floor... Thank You

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room facilities are quite complete, the TV is a smart TV.Minus, there are no tissues and the room lights should be replaced with dimmer lights to make it easier on the eyes.The location is quite strategic. In his heart is ivory serpong. Close to the Gtown Square culinary center. And many other food traders.But of all that, what I really appreciate are the people at the front desk. Very friendly and polite even though they are still young people.

The rooms are quite nice and comfortable, the location is a little into the alley and the parking space is sufficient if the visitors are not too busy. there is a deposit of 100 thousand rupiah when checking in at this place

To be honest, I'm a UMN student and have been boarding here from August 2022 until now, I'm still here. Honestly, it's nice and comfortable. I haven't seen mines yet, the service is very polite and of course security is guaranteed 24 hours because there are people on guard. Compared to DS and Mroom boarding houses, I recommend this with big room and private bathroom, tmn" I said this is a hotel hahahah because it's that good, guys, it's also close to Alfamart and Indomart. BTW, I'm already familiar with the boarding house keeper. Those who want to be friends just reply to this hahahah

Nice rooms, friendly service, a bit nervous because my name wasn't there when I ordered. Eh, it turns out he was hiding. It's calm. There are towels, toothbrushes & toothpaste. At night there are satay stalls, noodles and rice stalls. Across the road there is Indomart & Alfamart. In the morning there is a yellow rice/uduk breakfast cart.
