This was my first time staying and the service was really unfriendly, if you rated it 1-10 or even 0, it was very rude.From the start of checking in - out it was like we were hitching a ride, not staying overnight, even though it didn't cause any problemsFor Reddoorz standard rooms, in general they are fineIt's just that I was very disappointed with the service

The rooms are decent and there are lots of them, but unfortunately the location is too deep and the road is a bit narrow and turns around.

You can get a price around 170k and sometimes if there is a discount you can get it for 150k. The location is a bit into an alley and the road is not yet paved. For accommodation at that price, the facilities are quite good and clean. Get 1 towel and 1 mineral water in the room. There are some stains on the mattress but there is no annoying smell. Cold AC. Hot water is also available, but toiletries are not provided. The quality of the wifi in room 118 is quite bad because the room is at the end, which is quite annoying, especially since the TV provided is a smart TV which requires internet access. There is a prayer room and cafe in the hotel area. Around the hotel there is also an Indomaret and several places to eat. Quite comfortable staying at this hotel.

The location is a little bit in from the main road, but the place is comfortable, can be on the 2nd floor, the room is clean but the sheets still have stains, the service is friendly and fast, over all okay with a minimal budget you can get maximum results thank you, next time if If you have an event going to Banten, you can stay here again
