Order from the application, when you arrive there is no access to the hotel because there is an event. The hotel was not notified that there would be such an event. The hotel telephone is not active. Calling CS OYO also turned out to be a lot of people complaining. Emailed a complaint and asked for a refund to OYO and was told to wait because the hotel couldn't be contacted. It's really strange that you're collaborating but don't have an active number.

Honestly, this is a comfortable place to rest. Been here twice. But the last few days I came here, I had already booked on the application a few days ago. When I arrived I wanted to check in, the receptionist was an old lady wearing glasses, when I arrived the reason was that it was full, I wanted to order directly and she said it was full. Even though the parking lot was quiet, then a man came and wanted to book a room, but he was given one. It doesn't make sense. PLEASE DON'T BE THE MOMS WHO ARE GIVING GUARDIANS, usually the young men looking after them are just friendly.

I've booked from the Oyo application, and I've paid via BCA bank, when I arrived at the location it turned out that the gate was closed, we called the person and said the rooms were full, logically, if the rooms were full it was impossible to book from the Oyo application, asked if If you cancel the money, you can get it back or you won't answer, it turns out that when you cancel, the money won't be refunded, it's a scam, just be careful if you want to make a booking, it would be better to just pay on the spot.

Not friendly, the AC room wasn't cold, the toilet door didn't have a lock, the app said there was hot water but there wasn't any. No toiletries provided. There were lots of cockroaches in the room, and the room smelled bad. Strongly not recommend

For a hotel that costs 153,000 in my opinion, it's really not worth it, I'm allergic to dust and when I'm in the room I sneeze because the sheets haven't been changed for a long time or something, but the room looks clean from the eye, then this hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo and soap. as well as tissue. So we only provide 1 towel and 2 bottles of 600 ml mineral water.

Already paid in full via the application, ONCE AT THE PLACE, THERE WAS BILLED AGAIN by the receptionist, "I think it's like the one who owns the place, he said, if the price is that much of a loss, I want to cancel the non-refundable application, I've debated, that's not the customer's business, but he also doesn't want to lose and still charge money etc. VERY SORRY even though I was just transiting and not staying overnight.DON'T ANYONE COME HERE FOR SURE YOU WILL BE CHARGED AGAIN, THE AC IS ALSO NOT COLD AT ALL, LET THE FAN BETTER

Don't ever order here on all the applications, don't ever, I remember, I checked in. The money came in when I arrived. I was told the room was full and my money didn't come back. I had to wait for an email from Oyo for around 14 days and even then it was approved or not, my funds came back. , that's it, the guys on guard were glaring at the questions, especially when someone had just checked in there, their motorbike helmet was missing without supervision, security is easy to get stolen, it's really bad, is that lodging really unclean or not anymore?
