I think it's the lowest level among Itoen. However, the facilities and services are adequate considering the price.However...the room we stayed in was the worst.I made a reservation for a river-side Japanese-style room with a size of 10 tatami mats or more. When I went there, I was surprised to find that the room looked like a business hotel forced into a Japanese-style room, and above all, there was a 1-tatami-sized pillar on the wall that divided the room into two. Thanks to this, the unusable part of the room is large, and it feels like about 6 tatami mats. Moreover, the futon was placed next to a window where there was no light blocking due to the wall of pillars. Next to the pillar where the light can't reach. It was on the river side, but there was an apartment in front of the window. I ended up making eye contact with the resident. I can't open the curtains. Cooler doesn't work.A large crack in the glass. The area around the window looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. When I cleaned the water area with a toothbrush, there was a lot of black stuff... cryingI feel like I was scammed.I stayed for 2 nights, but everything was normal except for the room, so I doubt the nerve of the management to book that room as a 10 tatami Japanese-style room facing the river without any explanation.I feel bad for the staff to be criticized so harshly despite their best efforts.I thought that if there was a next time, I would have to make sure to check the room on the phone.

It is a good value hotel with all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat in the evening and morning, and the former includes all-you-can-drink alcohol, free karaoke, and free table tennis. There is an open-air bath with a view (charges apply).

This hotel was terrible. The bed in the guest room was repaired with vinyl tape, which was quite old, which was a surprising moment.I will never use it again.

Even within Itoen, everything is inferior. But for only ¥7,800, I can't complain because it's 1 night, 2 meals, and all you can drink alcohol!

This is an ITO EN hotel located in Yugawara, Hakone. The hotel was a little off the main road and quiet. The design of the guest room was a little different and I enjoyed it.

Compared to other Itoen hotels, the building was much older and had been reinforced with duct tape in many places.I stayed in a Japanese-Western room, but there were many stains on the carpet etc.there were. The private open-air bath on the rooftop was very clean and nice. The public bath was also spacious, but the open-air bath had no view at all.Unfortunately, you can't choose the meal time and only have the option of 6pm.The dining area was not very large so it was quite crowded.

I've used it for the third time this year because it has good cost performance.I don't have any particular concerns about the staff's response or the condition of the facility (I know it's old), so I'm 100% satisfied with the balance between price and service content.I've already made a reservation for my next visit and I'm looking forward to it.

I heard it was a good accommodation, but unfortunately it was canceled due to the typhoon.(Since I didn't stay there, the room rating is provisional ☆4)If the Tokaido Main Line between Odawara and Atami is closed to Yugawara, there will be almost no detours available. Moreover, when I looked into it, it stopped quite often.Of course, a cancellation fee will be collected.(Even at Itoen Hotels, there are differences depending on the facility, and it seems that some locations will not collect the tax if the reason is a typhoon, so please check with other facilities.)When making a reservation, you need to consider the timing carefully. And if you are unlucky enough to experience a typhoon, it is important to make early decisions.(Does this facility apply for severe disasters where there is no cancellation fee?)
