Although it is a little far from Kyoto Station, it is convenient because there is a shopping mall nearby.

The hotel was undergoing renovations. It is located near Kintetsu Toji Station at Hachijo Exit. The problem is that there are not many restaurants. It's fine if you choose to do so knowing that. You can also walk to Toji Temple, and there are private houses at Hachijo Exit, giving it a Kyoto-like atmosphere. I was always on the Kyoto Tower side, so I thought it would be nice to go once in a while.

I used it for sightseeing in Kyoto. The location is very convenient as it is within walking distance to Kyoto Station and there is an AEON store almost right in front of you.I had a comfortable stay and didn't have any issues with the dirty room or the difficulty in connecting to Wi-Fi, as mentioned in other reviews.I booked a room without meals, so I can't comment on the quality of the breakfast. One thing to note is that the parking lot costs 1,000 yen per night, and I knew that I would have to make a reservation and pay in advance, but I was charged 2,000 yen, probably because I arrived early and was allowed to park before checking in.I deducted points because I wanted that to be clearly stated or explained.I think it was a good hotel overall.I would like to use you again if I go to Kyoto again, thank you for your help!

Even when I called on the same day, they responded promptly.Since I made a reservation over the phone, I also received a breakfast coupon. The breakfast buffet style was delicious.

Mold?Old age smell?dust cloth?Homeless?I still can't believe that such a smelly futon exists. If you turn up the cover, there is a stain that looks dangerous.I mostly live in hotels on weekdays, and I'm an insensitive person who can handle almost any environment, but this is impossible! It's a mystery how such a smelly futon exists!Does the person who installed this have a nasal disease? It's impossible! Sleeping wrapped in a rag!If you ask for a replacement"Can't we just deal with it with deodorant?"He's probably already paralyzed. This is the worst way to deal with complaints. In the end, I had the room replaced, but the smelly sheets were still there, so I couldn't sleep properly because of the smell. When I tried to at least open the window and ventilate, there was a stink bug right in front of me.Don't you just fold it up on the futon! There was a post about futons a few days ago, but I guess the management hasn't seen it?It looks like the main building is being renovated, but the futons are new as well.I hope you tune it out.I won't be staying anymore.

shocking levelThe futon is dirty and smells of age.I've stayed at a lot of cheap hotels, but it's by far the dirtiest, so only those who can stand it should come here. The photo shows the futon on the bed.
