A night filled with the scent of the Showa era. After crossing Hakone and entering Odawara, I stayed for one night to relieve the fatigue of my travels. The inside of the building had a nostalgic and warm atmosphere, as if you had traveled back in time to the Showa era. When I rang the historic doorbell, I was greeted with a smile by the kind front desk staff. The hotel is located in the heart of the downtown area, with neon lights of snacks and cabaret. The surrounding area was lively. From the window of the room, you can see a nearby restaurant, and the voices of touts and drunk people echo loudly. The lively atmosphere combined with the retro atmosphere of the room made me feel as if I were a Tora-san traveling in the Showa era.The wooden interior of the room also gave a sense of history. There was no black telephone, but the atmosphere was reminiscent of the Showa era. A round lamp the size of a volleyball had a strong presence next to the bed, and for the first time in years, I was even able to touch the USEN switch. At night, I enjoyed the Showa era atmosphere while sipping a cup of Donbei. In the middle of the night, I could hear the voices of a drunk middle-aged couple arguing in the hallway, making it very noisy, but it soon quieted down once I entered the room.It was a quiet morning, as if all the noise was a lie.

I used it at an accommodation for the Atami fireworks festival. The location is difficult to find, and the exterior looks suspicious at first glance, but it is a hotel near the station, with excellent service at the front desk, and the best value for money. To be honest, the facilities are old, but the rooms are clean, Wi-Fi is available, and breakfast is included, although it is a light meal. There is no parking lot, but they will introduce you to a parking lot within a 10-minute walk that costs 1,000 yen for 24 hours.I will use it again!

A different atmosphere from hotels in big cities! It had a local feel and felt like it was a remodeled old building, so I liked the very classic and retro feel. I was very grateful to the hotel owner who worked hard on the translator and kindly informed me of various things.

This hotel is located in the entertainment district. The room had a slightly retro and stylish atmosphere.I also get the impression that it is clean and well-maintained.A great feature was the complimentary breakfast service if you made a reservation at least one day in advance.I would like to stay here again when I go to Odawara.

It's located near the station, behind the bars. There is no parking lot.The nearby coin parking lot is 200 yen for 30 minutes all the time, and there is no maximum charge, so it is dangerous. The settings around the area are also quite high, soTimes, which is located beyond the guard along the railway line, is recommended as it costs 1,100 yen for 12 hours. The exterior of the hotel is white and stylish, but the interior is full of retro Showa atmosphere, the floors are made of aged wood, and the keys are old keys. The interior has a Showa feel throughout.I think it was probably a ○bu hotel before. There is evidence of switches for air conditioning, lighting, and BGM wired channels at the bedside. In addition, speakers were embedded in the ceiling walls of the room.I think this is evidence that the basic rooms are only doubles or twins, and either two people stay or each room is used by a single person.

I think it's convenient if you use it like a business hotel near the station. You can choose between smoking and non-smoking rooms, but please note that the smoking rooms will smell like cigarettes as soon as you enter. For breakfast, bananas, croissants, Yakult, and baby cheese are brought to you in a palanquin. The front feels very nice.
