My wife and I stayed in this hotel for four nights. We loved the space we had in the Ha room. The in-room onsen was amazing to help us relax at the end of the day. …

Exceptional Hospitality and Amenities at This Japanese GemDuring our recent stay, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality and impressive array of amenities offered by this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and demonstrated fluency in English, making the check-in process seamless.Upon check-in, we were welcomed with a refreshing drink and snacks, and the staff took the time to provide a thorough introduction to our room and the hotel's facilities. This attention to detail and dedication to ensuring a memorable stay truly set this hotel apart. One of the highlights of our stay was the opportunity to immerse ourselves in the local culture. Additionally, we indulged in a relaxing in-room massage, and the technician provided a truly wonderful experience. The culinary offerings at the hotel were equally impressive. We savored an exquisite dinner and a delectable breakfast, both of which showcased the hotel's commitment to excellence. The complimentary amenities, such as the well-stocked fridge, free evening snacks, and the impressive lounge with a wide selection of beverages, further enhanced our overall experience. Moreover, the hotel's lounge offered a unique art trail experience, and we had the opportunity to participate in a mask-making activity at 3 pm. These creative and engaging experiences allowed us to delve deeper into the local culture and made our stay truly unforgettable.Overall, we were thoroughly impressed by this hotel and would recommend it to anyone seeking a truly exceptional Japanese hospitality experience. We look forward to returning in the future and enjoying the warm hospitality, remarkable amenities, and the unique cultural immersion once again.

I can’t say enough good things about Nazuna. My husband and I had the best time here. Everything is exactly as pictured, the team did a great job the on upkeep of the room. The service was great too, the lounge is constantly stocked with yummy snacks and drinks. The nightly egg sandwich was a nice touch as well. Location was very convenient to commute to other sightseeing spots, shopping and restaurants. Definitely would recommend to a friend!

Very pleasant! This hotel features individual rooms that are sort of replicas of old-time Japanese houses on a small street. The concept is very well done. The room featured all the amenities for a comfortable stay, including an outdoor tub with automatic fill and temperature controls. This was especially welcome after a long day walking about Kyoto's many fantastic sites. Staff are friendly and helpful. The upstairs lounge had coffee makers and little snacks, too! So much to enjoy!

This is a 1 month review after our stay at this hotel, but I wanted to say a couple things about our experience here. We booked our reservation to this hotel like 2-3 weeks ahead of time through a third party website and even if this was a bit pricey, my sister and I were excited to stay here for a few nights. When we got there the reservation was made but for the wrong nights, which I’m sure was incorrectly placed by the third party site as we both recalled setting the correct dates. However, the hosts/hostess helped us get this situated and booked a similar room for the requested dates within 1 hour of trying to check in. We were fully expecting that we may have to book another hotel but they went above and beyond to allow us to find an available room. When shown to our room, this was a comfortable cute 2 story stay with a private onsen that you can use whenever and control the temperature. We had breakfast scheduled at a convenient time every day with Japanese or western style food and this was delicious! Around 930p they would deliver sandwiches as snacks and this was very fluffy and delicious. All I want to say was, even if it had a hectic start to the check in (not due to the hotel), they immediately helped us get a room and feel comfortable. I actually even sprained my ankle while walking out of a convenience store and they delivered an ice bag and pain relief patch to help. I love the staff and I love the location. Very beautiful village aesthetics and amazing at night! 10/10!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is super helpful and solicitous. We had an incredible experience when the staff noticed that my daughter was wearing a Studio Ghibli tshirt, and made a whole tray of fabric sculptures and origami …
