最悪店、まるで京都の恥だ!!!I went to とにまる 茶わん坂店 at 清水寺 on 2019/March/17. I ordered large rice (大盛り)and two of my friends ordered small rice. Then I found my rice size is identical with my friends. I asked the male staff who was also catching cold at that time and were told what I had is the large rice. I took what he said at that time then after 5 minutes, I found two ppl sitting next to us were having what the real big rice with big bowl. When I were double checking with another female staff, the male one suddenly poped up and asked "what" in English which was pretty rude to me. Then he told me "it depends on ppl". Well I always have Japanese food whatever in Japan or New Zealand. This is my first time heard that big rice will be served depending on ppl. I am 178cm, 90kg and got actually small rice. Next table's two female customers got real large size? The reason simply because the male staff did not go downstairs and get the right size one. It got worse when we were checking out. This male staff overcharged me 200 YEN by assuming I ordered drink and less charged my friends 330 YEN. It took around 8 minutes by the effort of two female staffs to make all bills correct. The whole service standard and manner were terrible. I never saw such bad staff in Japan, plus he was catching cold and should not even work on that day. My opinion turns to be IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO IT, YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO IT. BTW, I already submitted dispute to American Express by requesting redemption of 200 YEN as you staff insisted on not serving correctly, which has been settled.
