Old hotel but not well maintained, not recommended to stay overnight here.There are no tissues available in the room, it's a bit dusty, the bedroom light is off, the shower faucet is broken, the wifi is very bad, there are lots of mosquitoes, there's no air circulation in the room.As for the food, it's quite good, it's 6 out of 10, and the variety of food is a bit up to 3 star standard.Please improve the facilities for the comfort of the stayers. There are lots of hotels that are equivalent to Gria but comfortable.

It's really bad...The hotel is not managed well, the rooms smell, the AC isn't cold, the TV doesn't have any channels that can't be watched.Me personally and my family will never stay at this hotel again.

The AC is not cold, there is no remote, the receptionist asked, is the AC really like that, he said... Breakfast of fried rice without salt... Not recommended

The hotel is big and offers a huge parking lot, a lot of spots suitable for chilling with friends, and located in the heart of the city where you could easily go anywhere from the hotel,Unfortunately, I don’t have a pleasant experience staying in the hotel as the hotel looks really old, not much things to do as the the TV don’t really works, had a bit of shortage of staffs (I guess), badly-placed AC in the family room making it really hot for the first couple of hours, and a shortage of breakfast buffet (I heard that the breakfast is from 6.30 to 9.30, yet I came on 8.30 and found literally nothing, not to mention when I try to make a cup of tea, the ants are all over the sugar, completely ruining the mood)However, consudering the cheap price and the good location, all I can give to the hotel is a 2-star “ok” review, I recommend the hotel for those seeking just a proper place to sleep, but I can’t say the same for those seeking comfortability or vacation.

The mattress is not good...the bathroom door can't be closed...the TV doesn't have a broadcast...an electric kettle is not provided...the breakfast is quite good...the environment is clean...hopefully the bad things can be repaired and the good ones can be improved. .

The place is clean, luxurious,The location is near the Serang city square, the rooms are very standard according to a budget hotel, the bathroom is not provided with towels and other toiletries... so if you don't bring it, it's really sad, for breakfast the fried rice is delivered straight to the room, nothing buffet or whatever, for a budget hotel in the city of Serang it's still suitable, the important thing is that you can sleep.
