Great stay in quiet Kyoto neighborhood. Only downside was the strange check in process. Had to go quite a bit of distance to check in physically in person.

Reconsider if you wanna book during winter. Even turn on the heat to max, still freezing in the living room. And quite a challenge and power lots of courage if wanna take a bath or just make a tea in the kitchen. Freezing.

I used it for sightseeing with my wife.It is close to the starting point of Gojozaka that leads to Kiyomizu-dera Temple, making it a perfect location for sightseeing. It is within walking distance of the downtown areas of Kawaramachi-dori, Yasaka Shrine, and Shijo-dori, where Gion is located, and there are many sightseeing spots in the surrounding area. There was also a convenience store nearby, which came in handy when I got hungry. When I arrived, I was a little confused by the appearance of the building being connected to the neighboring house, but the interior was decorated in a traditional Japanese style, and although it wasn't very spacious, it had a comfortable floor plan. All amenities and conditions are available, so it seems possible to do simple cooking. The spacious bathroom is also recommended. We also used a good shower, so you can relieve the fatigue of your trip. However, since it is close to the neighbor's house, the blinds in the bathroom will likely remain lowered.Overall it was a good stay. We will use you again.

I stayed here recently and really enjoyed the location. Walking distance to a lot of beautiful places, restaurants, and parking available around the place. I would highly recommend this location. The only downside since it’s so close to the road you hear some traffic but that’s not enough to make me dislike the location.
