The accommodation is right at the crossroads of the subway exit. It is very convenient and easy to find. Even if you take a long train to get out of Kyoto Station and walk south, it is not far.The two-person room is a bit cramped for two people who are big and have a lot of luggage. If you are alone, you can live very comfortably. You can get a drink in the evening and listen to music and chat in the lobby. The service staff are very friendly. The breakfast was quite rich and delicious. I had to eat breakfast for four days in a row before going out. There is a large bath on the first floor where you can take a bath. The water temperature is very sufficient, but the water temperature in the room is not quite enough. What's a pity about the room is that the socket design is not good enough. There is no charging place near the bedside. The network reception may be poor because of the side room.

This is an excellent hotel. My experience at this hotel was very satisfying. The staff is very welcoming, very professional and adapts to us. Japanese know-how and know-how are present. The room is larger than Japanese standards. The terrace is really a significant plus for enjoying moments of relaxation. There is no or very little noise around and that is appreciable.A slight negative point is the sometimes too loud noise from the exterior air conditioning. The very weak internet connection or sometimes non-existent, this needs to be reviewed. The mini-fridge that doesn't get much cold and we wonder if it works. The hotel has an Onsen (Sento) and it is a huge and absolutely pleasant plus. The baths are clean, warm and pleasant. I loved it.The location is suitable, there are buses just below the hotel and even a metro line at the foot of the hotel which connects to all the other metro lines. The cleanliness and cleaning of the rooms is well done. The window opens and it’s a pleasure to have fresh air. There is very little noise around the rooms, it is very well insulated.Check-in is at 2:00 p.m. and check-out before 11:00 a.m., beyond that you will have to pay departure penalties.Functional washing machine service and it’s free. There is a welcome cocktail offered every evening and even entertainment (singing, guitar, etc.) almost every evening.

Despite being a hotel for inbound tourists, there is no WiFi available. If you are planning to stay here, you should be careful. When I was on the sofa near the front desk to meet up after taking a bath, the lights were turned off and it was pitch black without anyone saying anything to me just after 11pm.Didn't you show it to the Japanese? No matter what country you're in, it's right next to the front desk, so you can tell there's someone there, right?Even if I say just one word,I felt that no matter how much of a business hotel it is, they don't put too much emphasis on hospitality. There was an outdoor unit right next to the room and it was very noisy. There are no repeats.

After reading the reviews that the breakfast was delicious, I applied for an additional breakfast at check-in. I’m glad I ordered it ❤️ There’s also a large public bath ⭕️
