Stay here if you want to waste 700,000+.I'm not badmouthing, and I'm actually a loyal PassGo customer. But the one in Soetta is really bad. You can decide for yourself after reading this review.I ordered a Room Box and the total price with tax was 720,000+. I ordered this because I landed late and needed to rest for morning work.Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at all.1. The box room which should be more exclusive is not sound proof and is located directly in front of the toilet and locker area. Noisy all night long, people were coming and chatting until I had to keep reprimanding them because there was no soup from the hotel reminding guests not to make noise inside when checking in.2. The reception area is very shabby. Compared to other PassGo, the reception is dark and even the AC is off, only using the fan. As a result, guests chose to socialize, eat, chat in the locker area.3. The bedroom window is not light tight. Passgo Thamrin has airtight windows and adjustable lights. This PassGo only has neon white lights like a morgue.4. The interior is very depressing. More like an army dormitory or hospital.5. Warm water is only lukewarm.I wonder why this PassGo is so different from the one in Thamrin. After checking, it turned out that the owner was a different PT, namely PT Angkasa Pura. It seems that because they are state-owned they are more careless and put pressure on the budget. What a shame for PassGo's good name.In conclusion, paying 700,000+ here if you have a long transit is a waste of money. Can't rest, there's no bathroom, can't control the light or air conditioning. This is if food like side dishes of rice and vegetables can't all be eaten.It's better to look for a hotel that is a little more expensive or go out a little and be cheaper so you can rest.

I definitely don't want to use it next time.Soundproofing issues, seat issues, bathroom facilities issues, etc.

Staying here because the plane is at 6 am, there are several room options. There are 6,9,12 hours...Starting price is around 300 thousand. The location is right near the international flight check-in counter, just a few minutes. The room is clean, next to the hotel there is a prayer room.

I have a very short night to stay at the airport, and booked this hotel thinking it would be a quick and hassle-free way to get some rest. It turned out to be anything but.The gentleman that checked me in was very nice, but the system and hardware left a lot to be desired.1. It’s a long process checking in, the staff moved quickly but he had to do so many steps. Instead of spending precious time resting, I had to stand there to finish the process.2. The key card wouldn’t work on my capsule, I couldn’t unlock the door.3. My 28-inch suitcase didn’t even remotely fit into the locker, but check-in staff failed to mention to me at all this very obvious fact.4. The restroom, like what other guests mentioned, really wasn’t very clean. Also the water pressure of the faucet was very weak.5. When the staff in charge tried to fix for me problem #2 and #3, there’s another guest who’s capsule would unlock, but not lock. I had to wait to resolve the issue, so more precious resting time wasted. This also goes to show that hardware failure seems to be a common problem here.6. The only blanket provided was thin and towel-like.6. All charging ports were traditional USB (USB-A). Not one single type-c or normal plug outlets. So just like me, my phone had to leave the hotel uncharged.Pros: the capsules did have individual ventilators, and the choosable colored-ambient light is a nice touch.Overall I don’t recommend this hotel. Consider staying somewhere else if possible.

A capsule hotel located at the west end of Terminal 2, Gate 1. Spacious and clean. The door doesn't have a handle, so once you unlock it with your card, do your best to slide it. When you close it, it makes a strong thump.You can check in 24 hours.

This is an airport hotel (capsule hotel) located on the airport (next to the departures area). Everything in the hotel was clean. The bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a big storage room for your luggage, and there is a big locker for your day-bag. There is a free water dispenser. They have different prices: starting from 300.000 IDR for 3 hours to 385.000 IDR for a full day. They also have a box hotel room (bed for 2 persons) which cost 655.000 IDR. The rooms are not soundproof which means you can hear some noise but this can easily be solved with earplugs
