It's everything you need for a guesthouse. It's quiet and nice, so there are no problems at all. I used it on a business trip, and it felt good enough to make me want to use it again 😃

The location and atmosphere are nice, and you can rent a parking lot for 500 yen.If you're going to use a dormitory as a lodging, drink alcohol before going to bed, and if you think of it as a luxury tent, it will be easier to sleep. If you are sober in any room, the quietness of the wooden structure will make you more nervous, for better or worse.

Nice room, but unfortunately there was no one on reception so we struggled to get back in after an early dinner, and then the staff member made a lot of noise after 11pm

You provide your own toothpaste, towels, and pajamas, and the guests are well-mannered and quiet. The inn has the feel of an old folk house and is refreshing. However, you should turn a blind eye to the snoring of the guests in your shared room. (bitter smile)

Best living experience in Komatsu. It’s less than 10 mins from station and we have a good night with local Japanese residence. And nearby bathing house is 芦城温泉(490 yen/ person), around 10 mins from here. However, it’s cold to walk back and forth.

2023/9/17 Sunday 1 night stay under bunk bed. An inn in a traditional Japanese house that has been renovated into a guesthouse with a nice atmosphere.1) "Location" rating [4], located in a shopping arcade, about 8 minutes from Komatsu Station. There are also hot springs at Alba Calais and APA Hotel nearby.2) "Interior" rating [4]: A flush toilet, sink, washing machine, and refrigerator are installed in an old folk house. I was able to use it without any inconvenience.3) "Room" evaluation [4], not by gender. There are two bunk beds in one room, which can accommodate 4 people.4) "Curfew" rating [4], 22:00 There was a key box next to the sliding door, and the key was inside.5) "Conversation Corner" rating [1]: There is a table next to the entrance counter, which can be used until lights out. Three men and women were talking loudly until midnight. The man's voice could be heard all the way to the bunk bed bedroom. The lights were not turned off even after 11:30 p.m., and the voices of people echoing through the building greatly disrupted the atmosphere of the old folk house. If they stay overnight, I don't want to use them again.

It is located in a shopping district, about 5 minutes walk from the station. The building, which is a renovated old folk house, is very quaint and very comfortable. Please take a look at the ceiling on the first floor. Credit cards accepted, Wi-Fi available. There is a curfew at the entrance, and there are some simple rules regarding entering and exiting at night. There are shared rooms with bunk beds and private rooms. There is a shower room, a washroom, a communal kitchen where you can prepare simple meals, and a communal refrigerator. Ideal for casual solo travel, highly recommended. I would like to go in a different season next time!
