Friendly and welcoming staff. For check ins after 3pm, they offer pick up from Ohara bus terminal. The staff speak some English and patiently introduced us to our room and the facilities. The surrounding area was beautiful, dinner for us was delicious miso hotpot. Breakfast was japanese style with fresh tofu that we can't get enough of.The onsen switches gender everyday so you can experience both sidesBonus: there's an adorable Shiba-inu 😍

Great experience, the meals are varied and delicious. The only negative point is that the bikes are poorly maintained (deflated tire) and chargeable even though it is indicated in the reservation that the service is free.

The open-air bath that changed daily was great. The room was a Japanese-style room with a modern feel, and although it was compact, it was relaxing. It was also great that I was able to store my luggage the next day and go sightseeing on a rental bicycle.

You should know that if you visit this place it is for the experience of living Japanese traditions and that is fully reflected in their breakfast, the least you will see is bread. Its rooms do not have traditional beds for Westerners and the bathroom is shared. Everything very clean. If you are going to bathe, you must be willing to be naked in front of others because it is a type of Sauna but you must bathe naked in front of others. The bathroom is separate for men and women. Its thermal water and its very beautiful surroundings are delightful. If you want to eat NON-Japanese things, I recommend that you take it.

It was a bit difficult to find it because there were no signs, but the room was newly renovated and clean. The hot springs were really nice. The food was delicious too. However, the entrance is a staircase, so it is difficult for the elderly to carry their luggage up. Great value for money!

I stopped by for lunch, but it was a lunch course that included a bath. There were no guests staying at the hotel, so I enjoyed the open-air bath. The rice was delicious too!
