Arriving at the hotel door, we did not receive the code to open the door which was supposed to be sent by email in advance. So we rang the intercom to ask for help so we could go in and check in but no one answered. A phone number posted on the door was a Japanese line inaccessible via our French phones. We had to wait for Japanese people to pass in the street (at 1am) to ask them to lend us their phone to call the number indicated on the front door. It was an auto-answer phone number that spoke in Japanese over and over. Not even English. Passers-by translated for us, it was the door codes, quoted in Japanese. Once inside, check-in is done via a tablet which does not recognize our reservation number (although reserved and confirmed on Agoda) . We manage to find our reservation by typing all our information by hand. A person then checks the identities of each person one by one after taking a photo of our passports. A really poor and very long procedure when you have waited 1 hour outside in the cold at 1 a.m. after a long day and all you want to do is rest...Concerning the rooms, no curtains so you wake up by the sun at 6 a.m. Noises of microwaves, slamming doors etc.In short, horrible. I will never return here and I do not recommend it! To flee!

Although it says it's a private room, the door to the room is a sliding door. Soundproofing and security measures are too lenient. It would be great if you could write about this properly...

This time, I made a reservation the day before with Rakuten Travel, but the SMS (& entrance PIN) that was supposed to arrive on the day did not arrive and I was stuck at the entrance. In the end, I was able to confirm the PIN number over the phone, but it seemed a little confusing to use it for the first time. The location is easy to find, right next to Nomachi Station, and there are restaurants (Izakaya, Yakiniku restaurant) within walking distance. However, the convenience store is a little far away.If you are driving, there is a cheap coin parking nearby for 450 yen/day, so do some research in advance. The quality of the interior exceeds the price. The toilet and bath (shower) are shared, but this time I didn't have to wait to use them. There is a coin laundry and dryer in the bath space. There was no refrigerator in the private room I used this time, but there is a large refrigerator in the common space on the 1st floor. It seems that you can also use microwave ovens and IH heaters.
