The room was very spacious and well maintained.Only one bath was available for use, but we were able to reserve it for the time of our choice. They took great care of me and made me feel comfortable.Close to Higashi Chaya District and Kazuemachi. Kenrokuen Garden is within walking distance.

Sorry for bothering you on repeat. A room-only inn where you can stay with your dog, located in a wonderful location behind Higashiyama Chaya District. The rooms are spacious, the private bath has an atmosphere, and the owner is very kind and friendly. There is also a shared living and dining room that you can use freely, so you can spend a comfortable time♪

This is a very good place to stay with your pet. It's close to the market and Chayamachi, making it perfect for a walk, so I'd definitely use it again.

Since it's Golden Week, I searched for a place where I could stay with my pet and decided on this one.When I arrived, I immediately realized that I was paying ¥33,000 per night.There are no restrooms or bathrooms in the rooms, so it is a so-called simple accommodation.If you don't have the knowledge, each reservation site (I made my reservation through Rakuten Travel) posts information that could lead you to make a reservation by mistakenly thinking it's a hotel or inn.There is not even a restroom on the 1st floor, one on each floor, shared by men and women.Considering the number of people accommodated, this is a violation of the Hotel Business Act.Also, the front desk staff is often absent, and the number that says "If you are absent, click here" does not answer no matter how many times you call.The Hotel Business Act should also strictly stipulate what to do in the event of your absence.Since it is a simple accommodation rather than a hotel or inn, there is no daily linen change.Even though I had reserved the bath for 10pm, the staff told me that the hot water was ready at around 9:20pm.I had a schedule here as well, so when I went there at 10pm, the water was a little cold (I had to put up with it because they don't allow hot water to be poured into the bathtub).Also, water was leaking from the air conditioner in the guest room, and the wall beneath it was rotting.The common areas were kept well-maintained, and I think it would be nice if the property was clearly listed as a simple accommodation from the beginning.But in any case, ¥33,000 is an abnormal price setting.If you're a dog lover, you probably want to take your dog with you when you travel.I hope that you will read this comment before making a reservation so that such feelings will not be trampled on any further.

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, but there was no one at the front desk from the time I checked in to the time I checked out, and they couldn't tell me anything about how to use the hotel, nearby shops, etc.

I stayed at a guesthouse for the first time because there were no other hotels available.Parking is available in front of the inn. It is best to call early as reservations are required. It's hard to tell from Street View, but there's quite a slope and if you're not careful, you'll scrape under the car. The roads in the area are narrow, so if you have a large vehicle, you need to be careful when driving. Due to the good location, parking fees around the area are quite expensive.The building was made of steel and felt safe, but the emergency exit seemed to be in a guest's room, so I was concerned about what would happen if the person was sleeping with the door locked.There are no people at the front desk at night, so we have security cameras installed in various places as a deterrent.It was impressive to see multiple guests waiting in line to take a bath in the common space while talking about their travels.Overall, I think it's good because it's clean, the location is good, and the price is cheap.

Accommodation fee for one person is very cheap! !The room isn't that big, but there's a living room downstairs so you can relax, and you can get up to two pieces of bread for free in the morning! I think the service is very good.However, there are few parking lots and you may have to pay to park, and there are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, but they are quite far away...If it wasn't for that, I would have given it a 5 star...

It's not a hotel, it's a guesthouse, so you can only stay here without meals. Although it was clean, I thought it was expensive considering the facility's facilities. The bathroom seems to be for one person, so it will take a while if multiple people use it. I was told that there was a public bath nearby. Personally, I can't imagine repeating it.
