Stayed here for 1 week- 👍🏼 Staff: Friendly and helpful- 👍🏼 Facilities: Study table and comfortable chairs. There is a refrigerator. Wow, really for that price.- 👎🏼 Room: Very spacious. The mattress is soft and overall smells good. It's just... I found a cigarette butt under the refrigerator and there was a condom packet under the mattress (eww)

It was very unpleasant...I was told to move to another building even though I had already ordered and reminded me long ago...the room's TV was broken, my father repaired the TV...the AC wasn't cold, there were lots of ants...it's okay to just sleep.. but if you want to bring your parents or you're on holiday, I don't really recommend it... it's a bummer... the waiter has to learn more about the check-in rules... don't just throw us to another building... it's a bummer

Is this why I was told to move to another building... even though I had ordered almost a month ago... when I had to be in a different building from my parents... instead I was moved to a smaller room... very unprofessional. ...even though I kept reminding you about my room...Because I wanted to check in...instead it was given to someone else...really embarrassing....

Lots of ants, water leaking, superior room was downgraded to small, only replaced for 20 thousand per day, I complained even the room I had promised was given to another. The TV wouldn't turn on, if I asked for help the answer would be "the TV won't work, bro" but my parents fixed it themselves, they could do it straight away. The closet has lots of small flying animals, lots of ants in the bathroom and cupboard. The AC is not cold.The mattress and blanket were cleaned less than optimally so it felt itchy.Ordered 3 rooms and spent more than 1 million but felt let down.Nice place but the service is not worth the price.The room didn't suit me, instead I wanted to move to another building with the promise of an upgraded room. But it's not a matter of upgrading the room, I made an appointment from the start with the room chosen by the TB staff and was given to another.

the room was dirty, lots of ants, the sheets, blankets, etc. were yellow, the service was haphazard, I had booked superior for several months but instead it was given to another person without CONFIRMATION. Honestly, I'm disappointed, especially since it's so far from East Java.
