Enjoyed my stay here. The best accommodation out of 3 during my most recent trip to Japan in September 2023.The check-in system, however, was quite a nightmare.It took a bit too long.All could have been done online.It was hard for me during check-in as I had a child with disability who needed her feed and water when we arrived.I would still give the overall 5 star as I really liked the place.The room design is modern and stylish.

the process to actually enter the building was painful, all four guests had to upload passport pictures. this should have been collected before we got there, online to avoid the hassle. i've never had this kind of problem with any other airbnb. the hallways outside the rooms were hot and stinky, and i found a cockroach on the stairs. the room itself was okay, but two of the beds were fold-outs in the living room, which left no seating room. there was a whole room that was left unfurnished, with two rolled up futons instead of putting the beds in there? other than that, the facilities were good, and it was right next to 711, and an 8 minute walk from Kanazawa station.

Top floor apartment was a chore to walk to with bags. The checkin process was tedious and time consuming. Apartment was OK, but extra beds are pull out from the couches in the kitchen / lounge leaving no where to sit. Good location. A bit of road traffic noise.

It was extremely difficult to open the door from the entrance. I don't understand. It took about 30 minutes. It would be faster to receive instructions on how to open the door by calling the intercom on the right side of the door as soon as you arrive. please.It's spacious, well-equipped, and has a comfortable bathroom. Amenities are also abundant. This is a 2LDK apartment fully equipped with a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. The interior, which was recently created, is stylish. but! but! It's filthy anyway. The trash can lid is full of stains that you don't want to touch. There were also mysterious moisture stains on the floor, which had obviously been spilled by someone. That kind of thing is everywhere. And in the corner of the floor, there was a pile of trash that was clearly a result of sloppy cleaning. When I took the wiper out from the side of the washing machine to clean it, it was covered in disgusting hair and dust. Why leave the wipers alone? Too bad. Dust accumulated on the shelves as well. If it was properly cleaned, it would be a place I would really want to stay at. I'm sorry. People who don't like dirty things should definitely not stay here.

Located is a quiet area, walking distance from Kanazawa train station within 10 minutes, is a small studio converted into a complete functional house capacity/accommodating a maximum of 7 people squeezed together with full kitchen, full bath, laundry/dryer, TV. We are quiet comfy at 4 people, no dining table, no living room area. Although, there are dust, hairs in between cover sheets, which could be from laundry. The overall apartment is well-maintained, interior design of kitchen is very nice. All self serving registrations at the door entrance.

Nice experience. However, the wifi was not even available. the customer service doesnt help. the phone number written on the paper was not even exist. I would say this is a cheap option, but would not recommend it.
