I stayed here on a weekday for an overnight trip with my dog.I've stayed at all Yukai Wanwan Resorts, but I think this one has the best rooms and service. It's a shame that the indoor dog run is the smallest of the three. The dog run at Yukai Wanwan Resort Katayamazu was the largest, which was nice.Since the Katayamazu store is within walking distance, I thought it would be nice to be able to use their indoor dog run as a service for guests.

I used it on a summer trip.I was looking forward to it the most, but the area around the hotel was full of ruins. There were good food and drinks for the dog inside the hotel, but there was a strong musty smell in the hallways, so you could walk around with your dog, but I held him.The room was old but spacious enough.Although it is tatami, the dog's bed is clean, and there is also a hair dryer for your dog to use after taking a bath. But it smells... there are strong pee marks in the alcove. And it looks like no time has passed.I checked my manners pants to see if I had made a mistake.I should be able to deal with it a little more. The room above was so noisy during the night that the shoji screens were shaking.I failed to choose a room.I wanted them to do their best to rebuild, but it was a shame.

Don't be fooled everyone! ! !I would like to make ☆ a negative number.♯−5Please don't be fooled by commercials or word-of-mouth magazines.Get a really good price,This level was the worst.I hope that even just one person can get the message across.Every month, I stay at pet hotels and inns mainly in Tokyo and the Kinki area. This time I want to eat crab.I stayed here in early December for my dog's half birthday.I chose the largest detached room on the first floor with an open-air bath.I was looking forward to it until it arrived.♯Actually, my expectations are far exceededI chose it based on reviews etc.The content is the best of all time among the inns I have visited. It was really bad.♯I want to encourage you to stay strong.First of all, when I entered a ryokan recently, there was no greeting from the staff.♯Why?There were a lot of customers waiting to check in, so while I was waiting,There was a place next to the front desk where you could write your name on the waiting list, similar to a family restaurant, and the employees didn't tell us anything, so I didn't really know the order in which I arrived.♯I don't knowI was given the key without even being shown to the room.I thought it was a business hotel. When I found out my room was on the first floor and was pushing the dog buggy, there were 3.4 stairs? I was worried at this point, but my prediction was correct.#Please write it down. The room had been renovated and improved to accommodate dogs, but the room was dirty. . .It had an open-air bath, butIt was quite visible from the outside. Also, unfortunately, in the open-air bath, shampoo etc. are not provided at all. pond? Due to concerns about contamination, I had to go back to the bathroom next to the entrance to my room.Cross two rooms naked. . worst.♯Is the child just finished taking a bath? They served good food for dinner.Customer service is below family restaurant level.I don't know if I'm busy or just not used to it, but it takes 15 to 20 minutes between each meal.⭐︎A container for dogs to sit inSince it's a laundry basket, it's slippery so don't put rugs, etc.It is better to bring a mat.♯There was a bell to pressjust eat crabI went back to my room.# Learn from Kyoto Wakuden! ! !I really want them to be properly educated. The crab was very fresh and good.#Crab is honest🦀When I went to breakfast, the people at the stalls greeted me.Normal, but objectivelyCafe, bar counter older man manager? Of course, ignore it.♯ Be sure to do it in the morning!I wanted to contact the head office, butSince it was acquired by a group, I don't know their contact information well, so I'll write a review.I lived in Kanazawa for 7 years and stayed in Kanazawa and other places, but I felt sad.I felt like I understood the reason why Katayamazu felt lonely. I think I'll try harder. It's an inn officially approved by Governor Hiroshi Hase.No matter how good the inn food is,No matter how bad the inn food isI think it's all about the customer service of the people who work there.♯I learned a lot from this.If this continues, returning customers willIt doesn't come at all.I want you to think about how we feel as we drive long hours from far away in anticipation. My dog has also been working hard.Lastly, I would like to ask for a serious review.♯Japanese people are too kind! Please follow the example of dog hotels and inns in Shiga Prefecture.♯Education and training must be done first!♯See Matsunoura Bettei on Lake Biwa!I'll never go there againI will definitely tell other dog friends and acquaintances about this. I think that alone will result in a loss of millions or tens of millions of dollars. There are so many reasons to be angry hereI'm sure you'll throw your money awayThat's all

The food was also very delicious considering the price. The building itself is old, but the rooms were clean. The only thing was that the tray on top of the refrigerator was full of dust. The rooms are spacious and the location is great!I wanted to go again! I could watch fireworks from my room at night!

This hotel is located in the traditional hot spring town of Katayamazu, where we will be staying on the second day of our Hokuriku tour during the Obon period to support reconstruction efforts. I originally stayed at Yukai Wanwan Resort Katayamazu, which I had been interested in for a while, but it was closed because recovery from the earthquake was not yet complete. (When I went to see it early in the morning, several cars were staying overnight and the lights in the building were turned on.) So I stayed here. Since I am traveling in a wheelchair, I inquired in advance about the level differences in the building and the situation of the indoor baths, and the employees handling the parking lot were also informed and well-informed, and I was able to easily find a parking spot near the entrance. I was guided to the space. As you would expect from a long-established restaurant, I was very impressed with the reception and the response from the restaurant staff. As a nice service, there is a welcome drink all-you-can-drink service corner in the entrance area in front of the reception desk (only soft drinks in the morning), beer, sake, whiskey (for some reason the whiskey was also ``Black Nikka'', and the place I stayed the day before was also Nikka), etc. and soft drinks. All-you-can-drink and dog treat service. For both breakfast and dinner, we enjoyed a variety of simple Japanese dishes made with local ingredients. The dog menu was the same as other dog resorts. The bath was large and there was ample washing space, and since it was dinner time for the first half of the group, it was nice to have a private bath and enjoy the refreshing hot water.A dog bed? My child also uses it regularly, whether he knows it or not.[Personal negative impressions below]① There is a two-step difference of about 12 to 13 cm from the floor to the dining area, and even though the entrance can accommodate a slope, I wonder why. Both pet carts and wheelchairs will need to be lifted.②From the end of July to the end of August (every year?), events are held every day at the local hot spring town, and fairs are also held in the nearby plaza. Then, from 9:00 pm, fireworks will be held at Shibayamagata for about 10 to 15 minutes. All rooms have a lake view and the launch site is just a stone's throw away, so it's a pretty good situation for humans, but for dogs, the lights and sounds are a disaster, and my puppy is usually unfazed by things. He was running around the room and looked like he was about to die, so you need to be careful.③The TV is installed on the wall in front of the sofa near the window, so I can't watch it while lying down before going to bed.
