Overall, it was a clean and comfortable capsule hotel. I would like to use it again next time. The staff were also very kind. However, although there is a space for eating and drinking, everything has to be purchased outside, so I thought it would be nice to have some space for snacks.

I stayed in this hotel for four nights and I have very few grievances. The location is perfect. A twenty minute walk from Kanazawa station, only a few minutes walk to Kanazawa castle, and Omichō market is just across the road, meaning you have access to great tasting fresh fish for lunch every day should you want it. And if it gets too late and you need a quick bite to eat there's a 24/7 seven eleven, just up the road.As for the hotel itself - It was very clean. The bed sheets were changed every day, fresh towels and pyjamas were also provided each day and the capsule beds themselves were quite comfortable.The toilets were also kept clean and the showers were great, with more than enough to accommodate the amount of guests staying at the hotel.The staff were very helpful and spoke enough english to help with anything needed when I couldn't think of the correct japanese for it.The only two slightly annoying things were that the hotel closed from 10am until 2pm and that you had to hand in your hotel key to the reception in exchange for the shoe locker key any time you wanted to leave the hotel.I do however completely understand that the only way to clean as thouroughly as they do is to close for a few hours and handing in your key obviously minimizes the risk of it being lost out in the city. So these aren't things I think they will or should change but are just things to bear in mind when you book this hotel.Overall, I would definetly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Kanazawa on a budget. It was clean, in a great location and had very helpful staff. I would happily stay here again if I happen to find myself in Kanazawa in the future.

The equipment is good, the interior of the capsule looks high-end, and some room types have TVs. There is a fan inside the capsuleThe shower room is equipped with shampoo and conditioner, as well as a hair dryer and sink, so you can sit and brush your teeth and blow dry your hair.There are many seats in the public area on the first floorThere is an air purifier in the roomThe location is good, near the Omi market bus stopThere is wifiAll instructions are provided by DM so you don’t have to worry about forgetting or having a language barrier.You can’t stay inside from 10 to 14 o’clockIf you stay for multiple days, you will stay in the same room and use the same locker according to DM's instructions. Unexpectedly, due to the clerk's negligence, I was moved to another room when I came back the next day. The original bed was given to someone else, and my luggage, which was locked in the locker, was thrown on the floor. And they stipulate that you have to hand back the keys when you go out, so I can't prevent this situation at all. Since we are in the same room, I can avoid this problem by keeping the keys myself, so there is a problem with both the employees and the system.

You cannot work from the capsule, only from the lobby and even then it is very slowThere are few bathrooms for so many people staying.Note:It is necessary to vacate the facilities during the morning, in principle it is not a problem if you are sightseeing, but it is noteworthy.

Very Clean, cheap, nice showers, fresh bedding and towels everyday. As already mentioned a lot, you can't stay in the hotel between 10 am and 2 pm, which they inform you a lot about. I don't know how you would be able to miss it.No lockers for big luggage though.
