It's worth the price.The customer service was pleasant and very kind, and the food was good considering the price. Both dinner and breakfast included ice cream and soft serve ice cream, so the kids were satisfied.There was a three-part system, but it didn't seem like there was a complete rotation.However, there was a used bandage on the carpet near the window in my room, and it stuck to the soles of my socks, which made me feel uncomfortable.I won't go into details, but there were other hygiene issues, but the response was good.Perhaps it was because the room was 8 tatami mats, or perhaps because the building was old and the toilet was changed from a Japanese style to a Western style, but the toilet was so small that it was difficult to use.

This was my first time using it with my family.The receptionist at the front desk was cheerful and efficient with a smile.Although it feels a little old, the rooms are spacious and clean.The washing area in the public bath is carpeted with tatami mats, so even elderly people can use it safely without slipping.The food was a buffet, but everything was delicious.It was a little hard to find the place for the first time. . .It was a very fun trip.Thank you for your help 🎵

I went on the first day of Golden Week.I also went there to celebrate my birthday.We also had a commemorative photo taken and carefully placed in a photo frame.Although I can't deny that the facilities are old, I was very happy to receive the warm hospitality from the employees, who wished me a happy birthday.The bath was spacious and the hot water was comfortable, and the instructor at the evening buffet had a refreshing customer service that made me feel at ease, telling me that I could enjoy some seafood.I chose this site because it was run by Trustair on YouTube. I went there by my own car, so I didn't feel particularly inconvenienced by the location. Free parking was spacious and comfortable.The hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, etc.) were very responsive. Cleaning was also thorough.I chose a room with a bath, but since I didn't have any photos of the room with a bath, I'll post it here!

The downside is the bad location.There will be a shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen, so it will be a hassle if you don't make a reservation by 6pm the day before.There are buses bound for JR Daishoji within a 10-minute walk, but from here it would be a good idea to take a 20-minute tour of the public baths, mainly in Yamanakaza.There are souvenir shops, manga corners, game corners, and more.For those who can drink, there is an all-you-can-drink option for 90 minutes, so you can enjoy a buffet of food without having to go out.

April 2024I was very impressed by how the staff behaved with smiles even though there were still many evacuees. I was impressed that they were able to survive the damage to the building and remain open. Also, it has become one of the inns I would definitely like to visit next time.Thank you for the photos 😉

I used it on a weekday, but it was also spring break, so there were a lot of people staying there.Although the facilities are old, they are well-maintained and clean.The futons were fluffy and the room was air-conditioned so there was no place to get cold, but the temperature in the room was a bit high and I felt uncomfortable.The public bath is spacious and comfortable, and I was surprised that the floor was soft and not cold and didn't slip.The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that when I tried to drink water in the room, I had to draw water from the faucet in the bathroom with a cup and either put it in a pot or buy water from a vending machine.The hotels I stayed in recently (the last 3 hotels) had bottled water, so I looked for it.In the past, I think it was common to have a pot of water sitting there, but it took a lot of work.

I used it on a driving trip from Nagano Prefecture to hot springs in Hokuriku. I chose it because of its low price. I couldn't decide between several hot springs in Kaga Onsenkyo, but I ended up staying at Yamanaka Onsen at my wife's request. The building is large and easy to find along National Route 364, and there is a parking lot right in front. However, it was a solitary inn, far from the hot spring town. . I saw things like the cricket bridge, but it was hot and I was tired from walking, so I wanted to go to the hotel early and get some rest, so I arrived around 2pm. I asked the tall and bewitching woman at the front desk if I could rest on the sofa in the lobby of the building, and she said yes with a smile, which made me happy. The room was spacious and clean with 12 tatami mats. I always feel that the rooms at Yukai Resort hotels are spacious and clean. The large public bath was spacious and the flowing Yamanakabushi trees were a great way to soothe your tiredness. It's calming down. The open-air bath was also nice and felt like forest bathing. The women at the souvenir shop were all very nice. The buffet menu was also extensive. The price is cheap and I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity. Also, gasoline is cheap in Ishikawa Prefecture. Compared to Nagano Prefecture, it is high-octane and cheap at 10 yen per liter.

Considering the price, the buffet had a lot of variety, and the food that was close to local cuisine was delicious.However, I stayed in the main building, and even though the facilities were old and functional, the doors were very creaky and heavy, I could hear voices from the next room, and the air conditioning was difficult to control, so it was quite stressful. I felt it. Also, I don't know what the smell was, but the room had a very unique smell.In addition, the actual means of transportation is limited to Yukai Resort's free shuttle bus, and without a rental car, your activities will be severely limited. In particular, on the day of check-out, the scheduled shuttle bus was full, and I couldn't get a taxi, so I had no choice but to take a route bus that arrived at the station fairly early, and the route to the nearest bus stop was not very frequent. It's fine for adults only, but it's a hopeless location for families with children.On the day I went, the temperature of the hot water was low, and the manners of the people in the bath were not very good, making a lot of noise and occupying certain areas.The service provided by the employees is very good, so it's a shame that the hardware is so bad.

When I checked in on January 1st and was taking a hot spring bath, I was struck by an earthquake. My son and I were looking forward to the buffet, but the hotel was damaged and we couldn't stay overnight, so we were very disappointed. The hotel staff's response was also good. There was some damage to the building, but it's still open, so I'd like to stay there again. There are still aftershocks and days when it snows, but I want to support the recovery.

The building is in an old condition and will be closed from May 7th of this year. I'm looking forward to seeing it after the renovation. The food was delicious. I ate all-you-can-eat snow crab with 5 pieces of Nobu Crab Otaku.

My first Yukai resort. Used by a group of 4 friends.Since it's a chain restaurant with cheap room rates and a two-meal buffet, I didn't expect it to be much different from the Ioen Hotel.When I actually stayed at the inn, it was better than I expected.The interior of the building was beautiful from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms.The hot springs were spacious, and the changing rooms and baths were clean as well.I was so impressed that I wondered how they maintained the hotel for this price. I did!★Buildings and equipmentAlthough the building is fairly old, the lobby, hallways, and guest rooms have been well maintained to the point where it doesn't look run down.The old inn had peeling wallpaper, there was no smell in the room or toilet, there was no musty smell in the air conditioner, etc., and it was a comfortable stay. As you can tell when you ride the elevator, only the elevator is from the Showa era (lol)★Customer serviceThe staff at the shuttle bus from Kaga Onsen Station, at the front desk, and at the restaurant were all very polite and gave us a good impression.However, there was only one automatic payment machine for check-out, and the one in front was slow, so it took quite a while to check out. The manned front desk was vacant, so I asked, "Can I pay here?"
