First of all, the room was not cleaned properly and there was a lot of hair and candy crumbs. I had a 1-year-old child who was crawling, so I was concerned about it, so when I told the staff at the front desk, they handed me a colo-coro and I was stunned...I don't think I would use it again.

Although it looks gorgeous from the entrance, the inside of the hotel has an old-fashioned feel and a very bright atmosphere. The staff greets us early, the foreign staff at the front desk greets us with a smile, and all of the staff are very kind and greet us politely every time we pass them. There are many types of welcome drinks in the lounge, and I was especially surprised by how delicious the Kaga bocha tea was.The Japanese-Western style room was very spacious and very clean. The lake view was nice and the scenery was nice. However, since the air conditioner is common throughout the hotel, the room was so cold that it remained cool, so I couldn't turn on the heat, and it was difficult to connect to Wi-Fi, which was stressful. Also, the bed was strangely concave around the waist, which might be difficult for people with back pain.Meals were served in a relaxed manner in a private room, and the food was served quickly.I was able to enjoy dishes unique to Kaga, and they were all delicious, but I was disappointed that the kamameshi rice was dry.The breakfast buffet has a lot of variety, and each dish is so well thought out that you end up eating way too much.Dessert was also homemade and I enjoyed it even in the morning. However, there was a huge traffic jam in the dried fish corner with people trying to re-broil it, so I would like them to think about whether there is another way. It's a shame that there were so many groups of people that we couldn't relax. However, both the hot springs and the food are satisfying, so I would definitely stay here again if I come to Katayamazu Onsen.

A hot spring hotel with older facilities. I stayed in a tatami room. The location of the air conditioner was very subtle. The air outlet was directly on the bed and could not be adjusted.

It is very close to Komatsu Airport. I stayed in a lake view room this time. The scenery is beautiful and there is a hot spring♨️. The room is bright and clean. I got up and walked along the lakeside trail to enjoy the sunrise. The price and quality are both good. I will consider staying here next time.
