The food is delicious, but nothing special.No transportationI felt that the staff lacked customer service experience, especially at the time of check-in.Facilities and services are somewhat inferior compared to other worlds.It's a long explanation, but did you make me some tea?

You can relax in the hot springs in a wonderful atmosphere. The meals were very enjoyable with seasonal fish and vegetables. We use plenty of Kutani ware and other tableware, so you can relax in your room in a Kaga style.

A normal inn. I don't know its historical value, but it seems that a long time ago, Rosanjin came to stay here. I'm not interested though. The hot springs are not particularly special either. I think I wanted to eat Jibuni as well. If you want to stay in a world, maybe another world is better.

I stayed in a room with a private open-air bath. It's lukewarm and I can't raise the temperature.There was ice cream for bathing in the public bath. I thought it was a copy of a certain hotel, but when I ate it, it wasn't delicious...Even if you go to dinner on time, people forget to light the solid fuel, people leave halfway through because their food isn't served, and sashimi that seems to have been left on the table for 90 minutes despite the flies flying around. Also.I think it would be better to make money and re-educate even when the museum is closed.

The employees, both Japanese and foreign, were hard-working, kind, and courteous, and the hotel and rooms were kept well-cleaned. The Nodoguro kamameshi served for dinner was delicious, but since I couldn't finish it all, I had to put it in a simple lunch box and take it home.I was very satisfied with the breakfast, which was huge in volume and elaborately prepared.The bath was average, but I felt that the food and customer service were the best of any ryokan I've ever stayed at.I didn't know that there was a tea room, so I tried to make a reservation on the day I learned about it, but it was fully booked, so I think I'll make a reservation in advance the next time I go.

This is my third stay at Hoshino Resorts KAI.It had only been a month since my last stay, so I felt a little disappointed.I was very grateful that I was able to confirm meal times a few days before my stay.When I asked about renting infants that I had made reservations for in advance, I couldn't get enough of them.Well, the day came.The stewardess seemed to be new...she just said what she said in a memo and that was it.When I asked them about the difference in the quality of the spring water between the Kosoyu and the large public bath, the only response I got was that it was ``hotter temperature,'' and the only explanation of the in-house activities was ``local entertainment.''There was no explanation about the ``diaper trash can,'' which I had requested in advance, and no work clothes for the child.Unfortunately, I had to check with the front desk before I could relax.I don't have to be able to answer things like the quality of the hot springs right away, so I feel like it would have been nice if someone had looked into it and told me.(For example, when they delivered work clothes to me)Other than that, the service and consideration was really good.When your child gets bored and starts to grumble during meals, he or she will bring you a Dokin-chan doll or play with you...☺︎The food was delicious, the explanations were thorough, and I was grateful that they were able to accommodate my pace.Dessert was the most delicious of the three.During the tea ceremony experience, I was happy that they turned off the lights, opened the windows, and enjoyed making tea in the sunlight. It's been a long time since I've been to a tea room and I want to have a tea ceremony once I've calmed down! ! It made me think.Thank you for taking the time to see us off and take photos at the entrance ☺︎

Hoshino Resorts Tomamu and BEB were more luxurious than KAI. The food is not good.Sashimi and conger eel are fresher at the supermarket. Locals don't want to stay there unless they have to pay a high price because it's difficult to use. It would be better to use another bath for hot water. It's good to use old bath.

In the honest world, there is a famous hot spring inn in Kaga.I didn't think there was much point in choosing Hoshino, but it was quite good.I have visited many places, but the customer service was by far the best!A new graduate was handling the customer service, and I thought it was amazing that Hoshino was able to provide such courteous customer service in just a few months.

alright, this is super over the top hospitality and service.Words like posh and high-so come to mind while I was here.Food was delicious and everything is super first class and refined. One thing that’s super fun about it all, is you get to do it all in your PJs!!!!!Definitely good value for money and the onsen was a delight.

We arrived at the hotel a little late, around 6:30pm. Meal time will be around 8pm. It can't be helped because of our circumstances. I asked at the front desk that I would receive a call to my room with meal information around 7:30 pm, and waited, but when the time came, there was no call at all. Exhausted, my wife calls the front desk. Apparently, the hotel's coordination didn't work well, so it was left alone. So I go to a place to eat. I was guided to my seat, but...the private rooms with shoji screens were somewhat like a maze, with no seat markings or numbers, so I wasn't confident that I would be able to return to my seat smoothly after going to the restroom. When I asked the staff later, they told me that it took them a month to memorize the structure of this maze restaurant. The customers would be even more confused (lol)As for the food, it was delicious and very good. However, the staff member explained the dishes to me, but he spoke so fast that I guess he was just memorizing them. Where did this fish come from? If I asked a question like that, I doubt if I would get a proper answer... And the biggest pitfall... The claypot rice for the course wasn't cooked properly so they couldn't make it in time, so they said they would bring it to your room after you watched the lion dance event starting at 9:30pm. I look at my wife. I understand, but this place is promoting the Hoshino brand, right? ...I'm amazed.Please point out other details that caught my attention.① The Samue I wore as a room wear didn't have pockets, so I had trouble keeping my room key.②The bed was one step higher, but it was hard to see the difference in height. I think that's dangerous.③ Speaking of steps, take off your shoes at the entrance, go up to the tatami steps, then go back down and put on your slippers. Does that tatami have any meaning? This is unnecessary in this day and age where barrier-free access is commonplace.④It may be unavoidable because it is a matter of the structure of the building, but one elevator is too small.⑤Although it is far from the station, there are no buses to pick you up or drop you off. There seemed to be hotels nearby. I wonder why this hotel doesn't have it.When I checked out, the staff at the front desk gave me a barcode and told me to comment on how long I wanted it. Perhaps the staff members are also dissatisfied with the current state of the workplace and the state of service. I felt like Hoshino Resorts was responsible for this.I've stayed at many hot spring inns around the country, but I can't remember one that was so poor that it wasn't worth the price. I would like Hoshino Resorts officials to stay at other hot spring inns and learn what it's like. For reference, Kagaya in Wakura Onsen was closed due to the earthquake, but it was cheaper than here, the service was excellent, and it was comfortable.

It was a calm and well-prepared inn that is typical of the world. I stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the 8th floor (top floor). The upper floors offer a panoramic view of the mountain range and hot spring town. Although the afternoon sun shines through the area a little too strongly, the sunset can be seen very beautifully. There is an introduction to ``Kutani ware'' in the large public bath, and you can have fun in it. The drinks after bathing are also unique to the area. Ice cream and coffee services are also available. In addition to the inn's bath, you can also use the ``Kousoyu'', which is a reproduction of the hot spring bath right in front of you, without any additional charge. The water here was hotter. The food at the inn is served without any waiting time, uses local ingredients, and is very delicious.
