If you make a reservation from the hotel website, you can get 1 hour early or late. There is a ROCK bar in the tenant store where you can drink late at night.

There is no problem with the location as it is within 5 minutes walk from both Tokyu and JR Gotanda Station, but the rooms are too old. As others have posted, the bathroom has a musty smell. Each piece of equipment is extremely old and showing signs of deterioration. For example, the faucets in the bathroom are old-fashioned from the Showa era, with separate faucets for cold and hot water, making it difficult to adjust the temperature and difficult to switch levers. As for the service, since it is used as a business hotel, I don't have much interaction with the staff, but the room cleaning is adequate and the check-in staff are courteous, so I don't have any problems.

It was conveniently located and there were many restaurants near Donkey and restaurants. The building itself feels a little old, but the interior was clean. My only regret was that there was a coin laundry in the building. The receptionist was also polite.

If you're staying for business purposes, it's close to the station, the facilities are old but well-maintained, and the accommodation costs can be kept low (via the reservation site).Depending on the direction of the room and the floor, I could see the station platform directly from the window of the room I stayed in. The room was soundproofed so there were no problems, but the curtains remained closed, so I had to be prepared to be seen in order to get a sense of the outside atmosphere (outside brightness, weather).

It's close to Gotanda Station, so I don't think it's difficult to access.I think it's good that the price is cheaper than the surrounding hotels 😊 (This time I used a set plan with the flight fare.)There are no amenities in the room, so you will need to bring what you need from the front desk. (Body soap, shampoo, and conditioner are available in the bathroom)Are there indoor slippers (quite thin) and a gown in the room?・Towels (bath towel, face towel, foot wiping mat), hair dryer, TV, and electric kettle were provided. The things I was concerned about were that the electricity in the bathroom was a bit dim, and that the bath and toilet were a bit small. There is free Wi-Fi, but it's very unstable 💦 (Once I deleted the SSID and logged in again, I managed to use it, but I couldn't connect again 💦) I think this is a concern for nomads. Masu. The LAN hub was behind the TV.It seems like you can't adjust the air conditioning. Also, since it's an old hotel, the paint is peeling off and there are stains on the bathroom walls. There was hair falling down, so I got the impression that it wasn't properly cleaned.Furthermore, when I checked in, other customers who were checking inThe futon was left mushy💢That's what I was complaining about💧In addition, to get to the front desk, you have to climb a few stairs and take the elevator to the 3rd floor, so I felt that it might be difficult to use from a barrier-free perspective.Other than that, there are restaurants nearby and a convenience store nearby, so I think it's a comfortable place to spend your time 😊The staff will also respond politely 😊I think there is a gap for people who think about hotels these days.I made an evaluation based on various factors 😊
