The room feels reasonable for the price. However, some of the people at the front desk, although not all, had the worst way of dealing with me, so I honestly thought there would be no next time.

Although the price is low, there is a large public bath, and the air conditioning can be adjusted for each room, making it comfortable.Secoma and Tsuruha are right nearby, and the downtown area is not far away. There is also a restaurant that is open in the evening, so it seems like there are a lot of business travelers staying there.

There are people who only write complaints...I checked in at 21:30 on September 8th and stayed for one night, and I had a comfortable stay. It's one of the cheaper hotels in Hakodate city.I don't think it's bad since you can get a sauna and a big bath for this price. The lady at the breakfast venue greeted us cheerfully. Thanks to that, I was able to eat comfortably in the morning (lol)Put the dishes you ate on the counterWhen I said "Gosso-san"A nice word to say, “Go!”Naturally, I replied, "I'm going 🎵" (I fell asleep twice after this lol)Both inns and people have good and bad points. There is no such thing as a perfect accommodation. There are so many different types of accommodations, and I think that's one of the best parts of traveling. The price is low, but the service and facilities are good. That's something that is impossible.I will choose this place again the next time I stay in Hakodate. Is this a super hotel?

I stayed with my husband, but we don't have much flexibility. I was looking forward to it because there was a public bath, but the time difference between men and women was different. It's boring to wait in the room alone, so we both try to take a shower in our room, but the shower pressure is weak. The hair dryer is also a breeze. The wallpaper in the room was peeling and it was dirty. With this, 6000 yen per person for a room without meals is expensive.

To be honest, I stayed at the hotel without thinking anything about it, as it is an undeniably old hotel. I chose a plan that included breakfast, dinner, and evening drinks so that I didn't have to leave the hotel, and I was pleasantly surprised at how voluminous it was. The bath was small, but there was also a sauna so it was relaxing. The employees at both the front desk and the restaurant were very accommodating and made me feel comfortable. Also, there was a massage, so I had it done...it was amazing. My legs tend to get stiff, but they feel refreshed. I think it is a comfortable hotel even though it is old.I will use it again.

The people working at the hotel are fundamentally bankrupt, and this is not a hotel you should stay at.I don't know if it's the cleaning, but even though there were guests on the first floor, they kept talking in a loud voice that didn't matter, and it was very annoying. The reception desk was also like a robot, and no matter where I went, I was treated as if I were someone who couldn't do the job.As for the person in charge, even when I had a problem and consulted him, he always looked at me from above, apologized, never stood by my side, and lacked fundamental communication skills with people. It seems that some employees are quitting and you are complaining at the front desk, but since you have a boss like you, please understand that some people will quit, and what you are not talking about, both as a person and as a work stance. I think you should understand that something is wrong and say something about it.The exterior and interior are in disrepair, but the photos are misleading. This is not a hotel you should stay at.By far the worst hotel I've ever been to in Hokkaido. There are many good hotels out there, so this is not the only hotel you should stay at.
