🇯🇵The only hostel in Japan run by current students🇯🇵The student staff did their best to entertain us.Working adults rarely have the opportunity to talk to students, so I want this to be a unique feature of the inn.The staff member asked me, ``Shall I cook it for you?'' and grilled Genghis Khan for me. Genghis Khan in town only had grilled tough lamb meat, but it was 10 times better. When the student staff joins in with a regular customer, Mr. C, who loves them, there is a lot of food and it becomes lively. The exterior of the building is plain, but the interior is a high-class house that looks like it would be lived in by an elderly person with a lot of money. The room was also clean.Riders often come to Otaru, so I hope it becomes a famous inn. It's a little far from the station, but you can park your bike there. There are dozens of staff and they change every day, so it's a shame that you can't stay to meet the famous owners or meet so-and-so like you can at other inns. There seems to be variation in customer service depending on the staff. Please enjoy communication without being too humble.Bed bugs are a lie.

On the first day of Hokkaido touring, I stayed overnight in Otaru without meals. It seems that reservations are only accepted for one person at a time, but depending on the reservation site, you can make a reservation for two people at the same time. Baths and toilets are shared, but the building as a whole is clean and comfortable, even for women. It seems that some of them are repeat customers, and they carefully taught us how to use the coffee server.Room without meals (/night): 2800 yenRoom: Japanese-style room/Western-style roomBath: UnisexToilet: unisexBicycle parking: Available (about 3 minutes walk)Repeat: Yes!

The students who run the facility are bright and friendly. We had a great time having dinner with the students while enjoying Hokkaido cuisine courtesy of Mr. C, a regular local resident, and talking about our travels with travelers from Korea and France. The facility was frequently cleaned, and there were free lockers, shampoo, conditioner, body soap in the bathroom, and seasonings in the kitchen for free.Speaking of my desires, I would like to see a mirror and trash can installed in the room, and I would appreciate it if the toilets were separated for men and women. You can use the parking lot at the temple, which is about a 3-minute walk away, and the bus stop is also nearby. The cost performance is also very good, and I will use you again the next time I come to Otaru.

All the student staff members were friendly and I had a lot of fun talking with other guests in the common room.I think this is a good accommodation for people who like interacting with people while traveling. For shopping, there is a large AEON mall just 10 minutes away by car, so you can buy food and souvenirs.I was concerned about water stains on the ceiling of the bathroom, and I thought it would be nice to have separate toilets as long as there was no difference in the ratio of men and women.

I think the price is reasonable in Otaru city. The parking lot (including motorcycles) is less than 5 minutes walk away, so we were lucky that it wasn't raining.I think the staff's response is good.

In the evening, I spoke with the manager who manages this accommodation. He told me that this place was run by college students. When I asked where the best place for breakfast was,He recommended that there is a place called Samgak Market, located a little further near Otaru Station. The female manager was really cute, as many people have written in the reviews here.I have a doctor to visit. The village was generally quiet and I thought that I wanted to live here quietly in my later years. The shower facilities were good and the bedding was clean and nice. There were no guests, so I had a room for 6 people.Personal lockers were also provided, which was very nice.
