A hotel that is next to the station which is convenient for people, there’s fast food restaurants and a shopping market on the left of the hotel and a convenience store as well which is very convenient. The hotel room itself is good, a few places where the wood the bed is damaged but the beds were comfortable. The staff at the breakfast hall are very nice as well and the food at the breakfast are delicious 👍🏻ありがとうございます!

We stayed here six nights and I was incredibly happy with the location being a 3 min walk to the station! There were also many convenience stores and a small mall nearby that made packing at the end of our stay very easy! The room was plenty space for two people and two suitcases each. The bathroom is comfortable to get ready in and the soaker tub made nights after walking ~25k steps comfortable and relaxing. All of the staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly! I would definitely recommend staying here regardless of how close it is to the station! But if you plan to go onto the Yamanote often then line this hotel is perfect!

I chose this hotel because of its good location, but the staff's customer service attitude was businesslike and indifferent. At the breakfast buffet, staff are avoiding and passing customers as if they are bothering them.Cleaning up made a lot of noise, and even though I was eating, I couldn't calm down.

I received a call from the hotel staff at about 8:30 in the morning. My sister got off the phone and said that the staff member's English wasn't very good so she had no idea what he wanted to say.Afterwards, we went down to the reception on the third floor and asked the staff if there was anything we needed to do. In the end, a Chinese man I didn't know came to drive by, and I wanted to see if he was our friend. I didn't understand the parking system here, so maybe I could have stopped there directly? So you can't confirm with the person?I didn't know the actual situation, but it had nothing to do with us. We're not Chinese, we don't have any Chinese friends, and we can solve the problem by speaking straight in English. I thought it wasn't that difficult. It was an unpleasant experience.
