Really really excellent location right on a huge shopping street. The staff are patient if you dont know the language and very welcoming. The rooms may be "small" but this is normal for hotels in Japan. The rooms are cozy and efficient with just the right amount of room. Besides are you really going to stay locked in the room all day?! You have all of Tokyo to explore! Highly recommend for first time visitors, or anyone really. Rooms get cleaned often and the showers are amazing.

APA hotels are said to be on the smaller side, but since I have been staying at APA hotels for 6 years, I didn't feel that way, and since there was no open ceiling, the inside of the hotel was cool and comfortable.I used it for a hospital visit, and even in the downtown area, it wasn't too noisy and comfortable. I did...There happened to be a mikoshi festival on September 6th, so I was glad I was able to see it as well.

I used it this time for work.Togoshi Ginza line. It's one step back from the main street, so you won't have to worry about the noise of cars at night.It was convenient for an evening meal.The bathroom and toilet in the room are too small, so it's better to open the door when you need to relieve yourself in the toilet.The air conditioning worked really well, the bedding was of very good quality, and the bed was 140cm wide, so I was able to get a good night's sleep.I was satisfied with my Sunday stay without meals for just over 6,000 yen, so I gave it a rating of 4, but if the accommodation fee was more than 10,000 yen on weekends (approximately 20,000 yen on consecutive holidays), I would give it a rating of 2.

I always use it when I come to Tokyo. APA hotels are great because you can stay there without meeting anyone else. I spoke to the staff for the first time after I decided to extend my stay, and they were very accommodating.

Very nice hotel in Tokyo. The staff is very friendly. The room is equipped with everything from toothbrushes to razors to hair bands. The room was very nice and clean. The temperature in the room was perfect. Good eyesightIt is very accessible with the train right in front of the Hotel. Only breakfast could also offer something sweet for westerners like us. There are plenty of parking spaces for people with disabilities, which was very helpful.My room was far away, but I walked for the sake of my health. I checked out at 12:00 noon, so I was able to relax. (If the cleaners were a little more careful, I might have been able to sleep well, but it was noisy in the morning.)thank you very much.

This is one of the hotels I stay at when I am on a business trip to Tokyo.The staff are polite and customer-first. There is no problem with customer service, but due to the size of the land and structural issues, there is only one elevator, so there is a long wait.It's close to the station, but it's a close call, so it's best to leave plenty of time when you go out.This hotel is in a very good location, close to the Togoshi Ginza shopping district.
